The fries were great, hot and fresh. Dipping sauce is always good. Although .75 for an additional cup is pushing it. Burgers were disappointing. Parts of my burger were very rare. Both mine and my husband's were room temperature. The bacon was right out of the refrigerator.
The food is good. The service was fast and very friendly. The thing man working the counter from Texas provided the type of service that most v of Gillette's establishments are lacking. You rarely see an employee who seems truly Haku to be working, but that is the impression this young man gives. Very enthusiastic.

I went in for a chicken sandwich and it was super good. I went back a few days later and was disappointed. I order the same but the chicken meat tasted as if the cooking oil was burnt and so was the bread. I guess it is a hit or miss.
