Dude at the window was pleasant enough. But….: Awful food. Fries and patty had been sitting out for a long time. Luke warm/cold. Cook did not bother to toast bun for my melt. Disappointing and waste of money. I feel ripped off. Crappy dinner after a long drive, kind of letting it spoil my evening -wish I had eaten something else

Got an ad in the mail for 5.99 meal deal, got to store they said they increased the price? The offer on the sign was filled in with a marker... At least honor until the end of the ad when it was printed... Lady taking order was seeming down and not friendly just stated the offer was a lie..
Building looks run down, meat looked pretty gross on the burger. I won't be returning. Fries were the only saving grace.

Noon on a Thursday. 3 folks working. They are nice enough but zero awareness or urgency. We walked in to 6 people in front of us, 4 of whom walked out. It still took us 30 minutes to get our food, and 40 to get a shake. The staff had zero sense of urgency and didn’t seem aware how long folks were waiting. The order was correct but the chicken was overcooked……don’t come if you’re in a rush.

The morning ladies were nice and friendly came in for some chicken tenders. Food was good. Service was all right. We know how fast food is so I can’t say anything about the mid shift or the late night shift. But I will say that the morning ladies were nice and friendly my food was accurate and my order was correct.
Parking: It’s a Hardee’s parking lot, business is not actually booming so there’s plenty of parking of course.
Kid-friendliness: It’s Hardees enough said. They do not have a play place though.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have the basic wheelchair ramp leading into the front door.
