Excessive wait time to pick up a mobile order. Place was dead, they took my money on the app for the order and forced me to wait over 20 minutes for it to be ready. What a joke.

I would like to personally thank Betty, Sophia and Sheila for their help on friday Aug 1st 2025. My wife, son and me were passing through taking him to college in Minot ND where he will play football and get his radiology degree. He had a seizure while standing in line, and they provided amazing support while we dealt with it. They called 911, helped relay information, and gave their whole attention to this emergency that we were dealing with. Their involvement helped EMS arrive quickly, and they should be recognized for their selfless behavior. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

Well, they asked me to write a review when they handed me my order so here goes: I just paid $3.75 for a large order of fries. When I say this order was small, I'm not painting the right picture. At best, this would've been a medium order elsewhere but probably closer to a small.
I understand it's fast food and nobody made me go there, but you can be assured it was my LAST time giving Hardees any money. To add insult to injury, I asked if they had dropped the fries in the last 5 min and was assured they had. They came out the window luke warm, so even the employees struggle to take care of the customer.
Just be warned you will be disappointed if you purchase food here. I hate McDonalds but would've preferred an order of their fries and the quantity would've justified a $3.75 price tag.
Shame on you, Hardees.

This is truly the worst Hardee's I have ever been to poor customer service the only reason I'm even giving them one star is because I have to give a star. The food is good. The service is terrible slow and horrible.

Went inside and it took 20 min after I ordered to receive my burger and fries. Only 1 person ahead of me waiting. But they were still taking care of the drive thru.

The manager had to constantly be on top of her crew. Didn't enjoy this place. Front counter gal didn't greet us, had to tell her we were waiting to order... Prices don't align with the food portions... I ordered a hot ham sandwich, and there was nothing hot at all. Very cold. Bathrooms require a code for usage... you will have to hunt down the front counter crew for code.

Terrible location. Floors, tables, windows all sticky. Your shoes stick to the floor and make an awful sound. Bathrooms are locked with number codes. I tried 2 times with the number given to me by staff, and once with a number given to me by another customer...unable to access restroom. chicken sandwich patty was burned and half the size of the bun. fries were soft and cold. staff appearance was messy hair and wrinkled uniform. poor quality everything. demolish this restaurant and rebuild or sell this place. just awful all around. huge potholes in parking lot and drive through too. This is a 10 million dollar location with a 1 star store.
At least order was right the guy at the window was real nice and no damn surcharge for a milkshake

Where is the cheerful happy girl who made everyone’s day I know the grumpy girl didn’t like her I asked to use the bathroom and harmony I asked her name she ignored me when I asked to use the bathroom because there is a lock on it now I didn’t get to use it she is rude
