Went on a road trip cross country and stopped here on a Saturday night. Very busy, took maybe 10 minutes to be seated. Wife and I ordered each a chicken sandwich and a side. Saw the server one time for drinks and our order. Before we knew it an hour had passed and no refills and no food. Our server didn’t come by one time even to explain maybe the kitchen was backed up or to offer us another drink. Ended up having to go find a manager and explain that we couldn’t wait any longer and that we would go elsewhere. Even heard other tables talking about how it was taking 45 minutes to get an appetizer to their table. Don’t know where the 5 star reviews are coming from because this place is not it. Needless to say if you’re in the area needing a bite to eat, I’d recommend somewhere else.
My advice for the restaurant is maybe cut the menu down a few pages and let your kitchen staff focus on popular items that can turn the kitchen and tables over quickly.

waited over 1 1/2 hour before we had to ask how much longer. Food was horrible and the service worse. I guess when you hear a waitress explain how she hates out of towners, that says it all.
