In Gillette visiting my daughter from Nebraska- i stoped into her work to bring coffee but wanted a drink so i went into Jersy Mikes for a tea-i was at the counter paying and seen the bacon looking crispy and delicious- so i asked for a side of bacon with my tea - let me tell i was more than thrilled when lovley lady behind the counter just gave me a handful of bacon in a napkin and told me no charge ♡ BTW i have to pay for my snackin bacon where i come from - Absolutely recommend Jersy Mikes in Gillette for their customer service! (Not just because they gave me bacon♡)

Every time we have gotten food here, it has been correct and, most importantly, it has been made with fresh ingredients! It is so disappointing to have to scrape wilted lettuce or squishy, overripe tomatoes off your BLT. This has not been a problem at Jersey Mike's, not even once. We always get the BLT, and the lettuce is always crispy, the tomatoes are always firm, and the bacon is real bacon and always cooked to the perfect crispness for BLTs. We have never had a problem with slow service, but we also understand that this is not a fast food restaurant. Your food is made as it's ordered. The staff have always been fantastic as well. The only thing that is inconvenient about Jersey Mike's is the parking area, but we dealt with it for years when it was Starbucks, and we will deal with it now.

I Need to start off by saying when you ask for EXTRA lettuce and they give you A TON OF Lettuce.. they will always have my business ! GREAT Food Great People BUT.. one down fall.. they need to figure out better things for ordering online, in store and drive thru its -CRAZY long- wait no matter when we go even for pick up food that we put the order in 20 min ahead of time.. so yea still 5 star just cause they did me good !

Addie greeted us with a joke and a smile when we walked in. The sandwiches were made to perfection and the ladies making them were friendly and efficient. Hands down the best JM sandwich I’ve ever had. I wish every Jersey Mike’s was like this!

This is the slowest Jersey Miles I’ve ever been to. Absolutely disappointed, seems the younger crowd that works there needs some better training or someone to push them faster.
