Just brought a whole bus of 26 players for lunch at 1pm today and was turned away saying “we don’t have enough bread”. It’s literally the weekend of a state soccer tournament. You’d think as a sandwich business you’d stock up on “bread” the weekend of a state tournament. Maybe they are a non-profit location?

Jimmy John’s turned me away at 1:30 in the afternoon, because they were busy. I was told sorry we aren’t taking anymore orders today. One gentleman and his wife waited for an hour for their order. Very disappointed!

The owners of this store should be embarrassed. Literally just walked in and were told sorry we can't serve you. People were waiting for 45 minutes. Ownership should be at the store helping. I cannot believe anyone would want to turn away several 100 if not thousands of dollars of business. Really poor job by management.

Always fresh and always made right. Pickup through drive thru has always been a good, friendly, and fast experience.
It's a sandwich. Tastes ok if you're really hungry. Not my favorite though. Bread is kida weird. Not a whole lot of meat or anything. Not horrible. Probably better than subway...maybe.

I feel sorry for the owners of establishment. I frequently order from jimmy johns at multiple locations and this location is the absolute worst. The management turned down my order after it had already been placed and blamed the employee for not knowing the arbuckle lodge was out of the delivery range somehow. Very sad deal for a business that needs customers to thrive. Also very sad for the employee because we never tip less than $20 on a delivery.
