“Absolutely amazing customer service. I took my van into them today after coming from the tire shop that did my tires they where gonna do an oil change and said they couldnt get the oil plug out and it looked like it had been rounded off, so I took my van back to expresso lube where I had my oil changed at a few months ago and the manager Carlos was so kind and explained it was possibly there mistake and did my oil change and new plug/gasket for no charge. We have always serviced our vehicles here and have never had issues before and we are very pleased with how this situation was handled, you guys are the best!“
