This KFC is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to in my life They didn’t have any biscuits. I think the chicken was old very soggy. I ordered original they gave me crispy.

My sandwich was fresh and tasted great. Staff were friendly.
Paid for the 3 Piece chicken big box and was given two pieces of chicken instead. Asked if I could upsize a drink because I was unable to do so on the app and was told, "We can't take your money; you get what you get" by the manager on duty.
They obviously do not pay attention to orders. Ordered two separate meals, everything was put into one bag instead of separated like asked. Asked for spicy sandwiches and received regular, fries were thrown in upside down and chicken nuggets were haphazardly tossed in.

Only bad thing: during the times we are able to visit this establishment, they are almost always out of coleslaw. Otherwise: High kudos to the crew on a well made, hot meal and the handling of a somewhat grumpy customer (me). The marvelous patience of the young man on the headset/first window turned my night around. Thank you!

We had came threw twice, ordered a spice chicken sandwich, and asked for extra spicy mayo in a cup, they literally gave us enough to dip 2 French fries, ended up going back for a regular chicken sandwich and asked for the same thing. The girl with brown hair, was forcing the window girl to tell us no, so because she didn't want to, the brown haired girl came to the window, being a snob, told us she couldn't, so we offered to buy it. She ignorantly shut the window and stormed off and squirted even less in the next cup and ignorantly handed it to us. I was there last night and got the same thing, and got a good amount of dipping sauce, so I know they can. Her attitude was uncalled for. And for her to try to force the other girl to tell us no, was rude. Her attitude definitely needs checked. We have never had an issue until these two stops.
Good deal didn't want much of a big meal.
