I needed a quick bite to eat while traveling and stopped here. The service was very friendly which is always a plus, but the food is where it is at. Everything I ate tasted amazing! The pastries, the wrap, and the latte. If I wasn’t traveling I would’ve come back for breakfast. I even considering taking a meal to go for dinner. Very impressive place!

Always great food and the best prices in town. Fresh and good portions with so many options to choose from. The staff always handle customer service with a smile, whether the line is to the door or a little slower in the afternoons....never had a bad experience. By far one of my favorite local places to support. If you haven't eaten there, it's worth the stop, even if they are busy! Lots of coffee options, regular and sugar free assortments....and every coffee I've ordered has been exactly like I've asked, it truly tastes like coffee....which is incredibly hard to find in a town that love sweet sugary drinks. Grab a coffee or food and I doubt you'll be disappointed! 😀

Every time I’ve visited, I’ve had a less-than-great experience, but I decided to give it another try this morning because my mom was really wanted it. Unfortunately, we waited 45 minutes and still didn’t receive our food. I had only ordered a bagel with eggs, and my mom ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich. We did not arrive during a rush, so the delay was especially frustrating.
At one point, a staff member called our name, but before we had a chance to respond, she brought the food to another table. When I went up to ask about it, I was told our order was still being made. Fifteen minutes later, my mom checked again to see if we could just take it to go, only to find out it hadn’t even been started yet. We did not receive an apology or were even offered a discount, and had to request a refund.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered issues here. I’ve received incorrect orders, and on multiple occasions, I’ve waited over an hour for food. I truly hope the service improves and they find an organized system, as we enjoy supporting local businesses, but experiences like this make it difficult to return.

unlike next door (Perkins), it was very easy to tell that the food was made fresh, not pre-made and then thrown into a microwave. taste was outstanding, service was good, very friendly place.

It's probably the best breakfast burrito I've ever had. My daughter had the biscuits and gravy and said they are also excellent. I highly recommend this family owned business.
Excellent bagels and nice local shop. Easy parking.

During a cross country trip to move our oldest into college in 2020, by chance we stayed in Gillette and discovered this gem thanks to Trip Advisor. We were so pleased with our breakfast experience that we arranged to dine there again on our return trip. Again just days ago, we found needed to travel again cross country and arranged our travel plans so that we could return to once again enjoy their fantastic Monte Cristo breakfast, and a bagel and cinnamon roll for later! Portions are generous so bring an extra large appetite or a dining companion to share with! Each of the three times we were here, it seemed the place had regular locals as patrons and steady take-out orders even shortly after opening time.

Aye, I love this place even when I order off of doordash they always get my order right. I’m allergic to gluten, lactose, and eggs and if you ask for substitutions they will always let you (even off DoorDash) They have gluten free bagels and bread and I’ve tried over half their menu and not a single thing that I have tried has been bad. The coffee is good and the staff is kind. The place is always packed but my order has never gotten messed up. I order from them almost every morning at work.
