Stood at the front counter for 20 min no one came to take my order or asked if I needed help they all just looked at me or walked by.
Absolute garbage. ordered McChicken Sandiwiches, out of 3 I got one bite , buns were nasty, the McChickens were so hard it was like they fished them out of the garbage from heat lamp over exposure. Spending money these days at fast food is not my idea of smart as it is, but this was absolutely ridiculous. You can tell they were wanting to close down, so fished what they could .... I am sure I will be sick ..... 0 stars

Ordered through the app and they had doordash delivery it. We only recieved the drinks and not our food. Called costumer service and ended up getting a refund with no option of having the food delivered. Had to reordered the and made it for curbside pick up. I parked in spot 4 at 7:28. At 7:48 I went inside to see where my food was. The kid asked what spot am I parked in and told him 4. He tells me oh yours is the next one. I didn't recieve my food until 8:00. I watched over 30 cars go through the drive through. When food was brought out I asked, why did it take so long. She responded with short staffed. That's a lie, I went in 12 minutes prior to see where my food was and there were 8 people working the line. The McDonald's on camel drive in Gillette, wy is never getting my business ever again and I was a frequent customer because of my kids. They don't even get the customizing of food right. Sadly I can't give it zero stars for the failure that place is.

They always hand out cold food or overcooked food Manager and supervisor can both be back there and they still let cold fried ans cold burgers be handed to the customers And then throw an attitude when it's asked to he replaced And the replacement fries weren't even salted
