This macdonalds wouldn't sell me a grinch meal last week because they were out of dill salt. Today I was sold the grinch meal with no dill salt or Shaker bag. The whole reason I wanted this meal. I feel ripped off both times. For 13.00 I expect the entire package. Very disappointed in this store.

Absolutely a train wreck. Waited in drive through for 30 minutes. Got the order which was totally wrong. The food we did get was cold. Not juat cold to eat, cold to the touch. Missing haf the $65 oder and got a couple items that we didnt order. I felt bad for the very apologetic young man at the window.

Man, if I could leave a lower view, I would customer service is terrible saying they were catching up on orders when there was nobody there we waited 30 minutes in line and didn’t even get food. Didn’t even get to order. I wanted my ice cream. Is that too much to ask for? Oh wait their machine is probably broken like every other time we go there. Customer service sucks. I cannot emphasize that enough. Do not go here.

Both places in town have really gone down hill. The one on Camel Drive tho, I stood there at the counter for over 15 min waiting on food that I ordered thro the app and NOT one person acknowledged me when there were 2 women standing there bagging food and could clearly see me. Mind you im the ONLY one in the lobby and only 2 people in the drive thru when I got here. A sit down and eat place like Perkins is faster at this point. The bathroom was disgusting as well. One of the two stalls didnt even have toilet papers and there was trash all over the floor. This is 6am too. Not impressed at all
Ordered a Coffee and after 20 minutes later still no Coffee, very disapointing.

Waited 15 minutes in drive through and was told cash only bs not the first time. Will not ever goto the McDonald's in Gillette ever again poor service more than 10 times in one month. Over paid employees. And the worst service ever!!!!
