I showed up with having a mobile order for the drive through, they sent me to the last window after they gave me most of my food I had to wait for my fcflurry which is fine. i sat there for 10 mins before someone walked by and didn’t even say anything to me. Another 10 minutes goes by and no one else had been in line behind me so I went inside. I explained the situation and the MANAGER then proceeded to come out with attitude telling me this order was a drive through order and that the ice cream machine was being cycled. No one had told me that and I just say in the drive through for almost half an hour. They finally bring it out and brought me the WRONG one but I decided I was done with that. Very unfortunate that people who hate their job take it out on customers. Told me they were busy when there was no orders on the screen, no one coming through drive through, and everyone in dining was already eating and no one else coming inside.

We did a quick visit to Mt. Rushmore on Friday morning. Getting there and parking was easy. The $5 senior discount was a plus. We only spent around 30 minutes, but it was well worth the trip from Rapid City. Be aware that pet dogs are not permitted very far in. We were able to bring our service dog all the way in.
