ZERO...went through drive thru ordered a plan cheese burger. Should be easy enough for anyone to make...well apparently NOT. Started heading out of town on the interstate. Took one bite ....no cheese....REALLY UGH. (It was in a cheese burger wrapper). So I turned around, went back to the store. I handed the woman at the register my sandwich and that it had no cheese. She took my sandwich went to the back. Came back up baged my sandwich and handed it to me. No apology... not one word said at all. Wow, how times have changed....no customer service at all ,so sad. I don't know what position she held but she might want to consider a new job ....something not with the public.

I ordered a 5$ spicy mcChicken meal deal at roughly 7pm. My chicken patty was so tough I have to gnaw at it to even get a bite. My fries tasted and felt like they had been sitting in the little paper bag they put them in for like 30 minutes and then they got thrown back in the fryer when I ordered. Surprisingly the nuggets were pretty good tho, they also gave me 3 honeys instead of 2. The soda machine barely worked in the lobby, the condiment par was destroyed, ketchup everywhere( and I mean globs of it) paper trash everywhere. I made a pick up order, which i thought meant I could go through the drive thru and grab it but I was mistaken. The first lady that I spoke with was confused because my order wasn't coming up and then I'm guessing the manager got on and was quite rude and snarky. Needless to say I'll never go to that McDonald's again 😒
