I literally bit into a chicken nugget (my first one from my 20 piece), and there was a rock hard piece of whatever (it felt like bone, or something else, and it was the size of a dime almost, that was under the breading). I have never gagged so badly in my life, whatever it was, I shortly after spitting it out, threw up out of horror. That’s disgusting.

They are lucky I can’t rate with zero stars. Stood at the counter for every bit of 3 minutes without anyone coming to take my order…worst part is, the manager (said his name was Jose) was right there and made eye contact with me. I’d rather spend $100 somewhere else than spend $5 here! Customer service and speed had dropped drastically.

While I was waiting for my order, there was a young woman who was playing with her hair over the food she was handling. I don't know about you, but I don't want to bite into my food and eat anyone's hair. I spoke with manager and she didn't do anything about it. The girl still continued handling the food. Doesn't anyone know how to work with food anymore? Gross

This is the SLOWEST McDonald's I've ever been to. The wait time after 6p.m. Is about 45 minutes. Every single time we try to eat here, there are 10 or more cars who leave the drive-thru. Tonight, there were three cars ahead of us, and the same two cars in front of the microphones stayed there for the entire duration of us waiting. We waited around 45 minutes in the drive-thru with NO movement. And probably watched a MINIMUM 20 cars pull out and leave due to the wait. When we drove by the windows, there was not a single employee to be seen.
If it weren't right across from a high school, constantly swarmed with high schoolers, a regular citizen might be able to get a meal within a reasonable time limit. Half the time there's not even a room to sit down during school hours.

Really hit or miss. Depends on the employees and how busy they are. The prices are ridiculous anymore but at least the food taste is consistent and they have the best come in the world. I wish McDonald's on 59 would do something about the parking lot. It is a tight fit during the lunch rush. Watched a girl try to back out of a spot without hitting someone in the drive thru and instead backed into another parked car. It was a mess

Took over 30 minutes to get our food and when we were waiting at the pickup window we could hear the worker screaming at another one about how she wasn’t going to run the orders outside.
