Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom

Place is awesome. I brought 8 of my work crew guys here and we had a blast. Food is delicious. Waitress Victoria was absolutely awesome. She knew how to handle 8 oil rig guys with no problems. Will definitely come back here to watch the football games. Alcoholic beverages are the best. My new favorite place.

We just got into town after a full days drive... about 14 hrs. Needed a good, quick meal before calling it a day. Seating was easy, as we sat in the bar. Same ol same ol, as we've visited other Old Chicago restaurants before. Our server, Victoria, has a great attitude. She was very personable and attentive. Our drinks came quick, as did the food. Everything was great. If we ever stop at this location again, we hope 'Tori' is our liason. Thanks a bunch!!

One star would not recommend. I dont know if other people have had this experience and I dont usually leave bad reviews but I went out to eat at Old Chicago on 11/8 with my dad, step mom, and girlfriend and got bad diarrhea the following day. Thought nothing of it and went back there just recently with my girlfriend on 11/14. The next day at my job I suddenly felt really sick and vomited twice. My girlfriend also vomited around the same time. Thought all was well until I arrived home and things only got worse from there on out. After about 12 hours of constant vomiting, body aches, and thoughts about visiting the ER me an my girlfriend came to the conclusion that we got food poisoning from Old Chicago. It is now Sunday evening and every part of our body's ache. Definitely will not be eating at Old Chicago anymore 👎

Went to have a beer, some apatizers, and watch some games (World Series). TVs were down which sucked, but things happen. They were steady busy, but not supper slammed. We ordered two beers and two appetizers the first time server came by and it took 55 minutes to get the appetizers. We should have just left after we only got one beer because they didn't put in the other one and had to ask for the second. Come to find out our server put in the 5 top full dinner order next to us before our appetizers because he said they got there first (but we ordered first and it was two apps come on). That just doesn't make any sense it shouldn't take almost an hour for two appetizers regardless. The Italian Nachos were mid also, apparently they do tiny ground Italian sausage you can't even see instead of chunks of sausage. You can just call them nachos now.

Want to pay $4,000 extra to wait 2+ hours for food? Us either! They were completely unprepared for our reservation, took ridiculous amounts of time to bring out water and food, and charged us $4,000 on top of our original bill.

Went as a sports team after a meet, The Service was terrible, we had to wait 3 hours for food, forgot half our food, were charged 4,000 dollars when it was 700 dollars, and then wouldn't give our money back. Overall don't recommend for sports teams or anyone

HORRIBLE! We made a reservation for 6 p.m. and when we got there, the tables were not ready and we had to wait 30 minutes. The service was terrible. We waited 3 hours for our food for them to not even give us the right orders. They charged us $4000 more than what we had to pay and they refused to give our money back! Disgusting environment. Do not recommend. Left many in tears. Never going back!

Terrible experience. We went with our swim team and patiently waited for 2 1/2 hours for all of our food. Some of our girls didn’t even get their food. On top of that they charged us 4,000 extra dollars that they won’t refund. Unless you want to pay 4,000 dollars for a low quality meal do not go. I will never return there.

We had previously made a reservation and once seated, we had a 3 and 1/2 hour wait to get food, and was horrible service. The worst part by far was they charge us 4,000 extra dollars and refused to give us our money back!!!!!!! There were several girls crying when we left from the incident.

We made a team reservation and got seated 20 mins after that time it was made for. We were patient and waited for food for 2h 30 mins. They handed 10 of us our food with a to go box because they forgot about our orders. Then we paid and they charged us an extra 4000$. So we were charged on our card. When the receipt only said the original charge. Then we went back to talk about this issue and it was not resolved. This left many people in tears. What a horrible long awful place. DO NOT GO HERE!

Swim team made a reservation far ahead of time and while we were seated quickly, we waited for our food for 3 and a half HOURS. The last people to receive their food had to take their food to go because we had to leave. Our receipt said that we owed $700, which was correct, however our coach got a phone call saying that our school issued card was declined which shouldn’t have been right, because IT WASNT! They charged us an extra $4000! When we asked for the refund for said $4000, they did not give it to us. Also there was a lot of food under the tables and I received a dirty plate. Horrible experience at Old Chicago smh

We got charged 4,700 dollars but the receipt said 700 there was no communication between chefs and the waiters made several girls cry we were there for 3 hours and 30 minutes we had to wait for our table for 20 minutes when we made a reservation this was terrible service but food is good but don’t go hear were never going here again
