Terrible service from there waitress Sydney. She was horrible rude and snotty. Took forever to get drinks and then there was problem with said drinks and she got even worse.

Crap. We ordered takeout salads. Got them home. No dressing. Grrr. Really don’t want to drive all the way back for dressing. Check your takeout orders for completion before driving away. Oh and they also forgot to give us forks and knives.

UPDATE! We went back to this restaurant and gave them another try. Check the order before we drove away. Saw sauce containers in the bag. Turns out they were the incorrect sauces - should not have gone back - should have known better. We are stuck in this godforsaken town and there aren’t too many options.

Placed a pickup l order off the website. Picked the order up earlier than the pickup time and the food was cold, pizza dough did not seem cooked. The fries that came with the kids meal seemed like they were sitting out for a long time before we got them. They were cold and under cooked. Called to talk to someone about how bad the food was and they mentioned they would try to give us a partial refund but we have not received anything.

Would have likely been 5 stars. The food was good. It just wasn’t what we ordered. I had done door dash later in the evening from a hotel. I was too tired to wait for a new order. Was really looking forward to the bbq bacon cheddar burger.? Settled with a plain cheese burger after I took off the stuff that I don’t eat…that didn’t come on the bbq.

The staff was fun and polite. We had a great time. Sid was great and made it feel like home. Best place to hang out with good food and atmosphere.

I have not honestly tried the pizza here and if it wasn't for the fact I already paid for it I would have already left. I understand it's Friday night and a little busy, so I do not really care about the wait. What Is making me mad, is they asked about my name THREE TIMES and what my order was Five times and I have only been waiting here for TWENTY MINUTES. this is enough to walk out and find something else....finally here after the girl told me the pizza had been sitting around for ten minutes! Sorry even if this pizza is delish, never coming back here again.
