I ordered 2 medium pizzas to go last week, got them home and the pizzas had no sauce, and we're cold and under cooked. I called and talked to the floor manager. She said she would cancel the order. That never happened. Call yesterday and asked for the GM to call me...still nothing. This place has really gone down hill. They should be shut down by the health department.

Our table was dirty, the floor under and around our table had lots of food on the floor no one came to clean it up. Food was so so I have had better else where. This is a sport grill restaurant. I would not come back. Dirty! Dirty!

I sat at the bar to have a meal tonight Tiara was my bartender, she was so attentive and friendly, can honestly say she was a fabulous bartender. I also had the chance to meet and chat with Kayla and Nicole. What a great team. 10/10 would recommend.

IF YOU WANT TO LOSE 5 LBS IN 48 HOURS EAT HERE. I've been trying to diet and workout for years, never have I been somewhere as effective as Old Chicago (2/2) on forcing me to lose 5 lbs. The first time I tried the underdone chicken wings, the second time I had an undercooked pizza! Both were very tasty, even better was the 48-72 hours of food poisoning that followed! If you need to lose 5lbs fast, this is the place!
