There appears to be a location here in Gillette, it's like out by the Ford dealership but, you can't order online so who the hell knows. Store hours state the restaurant closes at 9pm. Called to place an order shortly after 8pm the employee answered phone and claimed the store was already closed. This is the second time we have tried to order from this location. We won't be back.

I called this afternoon for a to-go order, gave th lady the order, my cellphone number, and was I was told by the lady it would be 25 minutes.I went to pick up the order later, and was then told there was no pizzas ready and no order was placed, and had no recollection of my call. I showed her the number I called, and told I spoke to someone there. She said this is our number, but no order.I do not recommend this place. Poor customer service.

I have been going to this location a long time. I ordered food for me and my kids for a visit two hours in advance and it was still 40 mins late. I tried to call about it but the manager offered no solution. They did not give me the papajohns rewards for the large order and when I went to try and talk to "live" chat it was just automated. I can't even file a complaint because the label doesnt have the order number printed on it.

Meh... the store is fine, just papa johns in general is not my favorite, only order papa johns because my wife prefers it. The last time we ordered, we had an issue so they said they would add a “quality guarantee” to my account. So that means next time I order, my pizza would be free. Got a pizza yesterday and paid full price. Over it. Drive to Energy Station and get a Godfather’s.

Ordered delivery online from this store. A few days later I received a coupon in the mail for another online order. When I attempted to redeem this offer it was not accepted. Upon calling the store they still refused to accept the coupon. Don't bother with the junk mail if that's all its good for
