Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

I'm hoping today was just a fluke. I have always loved the food at the Gillette Wy Perkins, but today. ..the pancakes were so tough they should have provided a steak knife! We also waited an hour after placing our order for them to be served. Our waitress was really poor at her job too, she should have noticed the long wait which she did not. Like I said I love this Perkins so I truly hope this was just a one time deal

Just had the Thanksgiving buffet and it was delicious! A wide variety of sides, moist turkey, yummy ham…all of it was great! Our server was attentive and very nice. Thank you for being open today and offering such a wonderful option.

The manager Roger is a great guy and does a great job managing!

The food was amazing and the value and price was unbelievable for what I got to pay less than $20 where if it was somewhere like IHop I would’ve had to combine 2 meals paying over thirty bucks for the same thing! Great service as well!

Waited 15 min after we got seated Never got served

We were traveling and had a group of us meet for breakfast. Chloe was serving us at first. Drinks and getting us settled in. Jennifer was our main server. Collette checked me out in front. They were all welcoming, nice and attentive workers. Everyone seemed to work very well together. Some of the table ordered chicken fried steak, corned beef hash, crepes, build a breakfast, fruit, pancakes, eggs, hash browns. Coffee for the adults! They kept the containers coming! Great food, great service and great company. If I didn’t eat so much I would’ve bought some muffins to go! Their pastries in the front and pies looook amazing. Purchase of a kids meal u get a free cookie!! Thanks team! Sorry I slacked on food photos!!

Just good food and good service! After a long day of traveling, I just wanted something simple, consistent in quality, and family friendly. This was perfect. Waitress was the epitome of a good waitress, everyone in my family loved what they ordered, and they had super clean restrooms. Thank you!

Overpriced, understaffed, employees are rude. Food took 45 minutes to get to our table. Absolutely ridiculous. Then the waitress had the audacity to say that was pretty good in her opinion.

Looks could be deceiving! I order the sirloin skillet and only four little pieces of meat. For 17 dlls not worth it. Probably next time I should try the salmon.

I come here alot and it doesn't seem to matter how many people are dining, I've waited over an hour for my food and I've waited 10 minutes for my food (ordering the same thing every time.) Just don't be in a rush when eating here lol.

I recently had a quick one night trip in Gillette, and their Perkins was the only restaurant I ate at during my stay. My family and I got into Gillette later in the evening, so we wanted something to eat, but we didn't want to venture far from our hotel. Perkins was an easy choice because they happen to be conveniently located less than a minute away from our hotel, and also, we are familiar with their menu because we have a Perkins in our hometown. With that said, everything at our dinner went really well. We didn't have to wait to get sat. They accommodated our big party with a comfortable area in the back to sit, so I was happy with that because we weren't all cramped. I emphasize that because some restaurants have a problem trying to find good places to sit big parties. The service was superb, I'd say. Our waiter was awesome. He was a really happy and bubbly guy, and that, in turn, gave us a smile after a long day of traveling. He was also very accommodating and got us whatever we needed pretty quickly. As for the food, well, I have no complaints regarding that area either. The food didn't take long to come out. There were no mess ups. Everything was fresh and tasted very good. I was just very satisfied with my experience at this Perkins, and I wouldn't mind eating here again if I'm in Gillette again.
