called in after 10 to inform of group of 14 at 11 am no answer after 10am had to order on line. no way to leave a message.
came in at 11 we were told since we ordered on line they wouldn't wait on us but would hand us our pizzas. i informed we had tried to call several times she said we don't open til 10 , however it was after when I called several times.we set up tables our selves, we went back to order drinks waitress was rude. Hands down worst customer service of any established we've been to in Gillette and that's saying alot.
My order was a large pizza with pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, onion & jalapeño. Plus wings. $47.00. I received a stale crust pizza with just pepperoni. The wings were barely cooked leaving the skin slimy and nasty. Called the store 6 times with no answer & the 800 number that barely speaks English they can only connect you to the store ( which I call myself so basically that’s useless). This is the worst place in Gillette to order pizza, you’re better off to run up to Walmart...read full review

Pizza Hut is a delivery pick up only store with no dining in option. Customers can walk in, stand at the counter, grab their food, and leave. The parking can be a bit tight and tricky during congested traffic near the Flying J Station. Another customer, however, had a slight issue with their online takeout order not being exactly what they wanted, but still found the food to be good. They mentioned that next time they may call in the order instead of doing it online to ensure accuracy. Overall, Pizza Hut seems to have a dedicated team that handles complaints well and strives to provide quality food for takeout orders.
