Order a pizza wanted extra sauce for my stuff crust pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way when I called the manager she claimed she cooked it herself and she put the extra sauce she said they will re do it and have it to me in 40 and before I could ask her to cook it a little bit longer she hung up on me very unprofessional for a manager and those are the type of people that are “Karen”

Recently just called the store because management has withheld my check for over a year and I was completely disrespected and belittled by the current general manager I don't know why Pizza Hut continues to hire children to be their GMs especially if they can't act professional when people are coming to get their money that is owed to them I'm pretty sure Pizza Hut would just be better off if I filed a lawsuit against them for intentionally withholding my pay for over a year

Pizza was made wrong was missing and entire ingredient wings barely had sauce the man working the counter was rude and short and very disrespectful can say haven't been to a pizza hut with this poor of service ever

I came in to order pizzas for my wife and I. First they took forever then they lost my coupons. As a dasher in Billings, pizza hut gives me coupons for free personal pizzas. The lack of desire to take them at first developed into a loss on my end. They refused to make my pizzas and stole my coupons. This place should be closed and burned. Everything out-pizzas the hut.
