Order a pizza wanted extra sauce for my stuff crust pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way when I called the manager she claimed she cooked it herself and she put the extra sauce she said they will re do it and have it to me in 40 and before I could ask her to cook it a little bit longer she hung up on me very unprofessional for a manager and those are the type of people that are “Karen”

Recently just called the store because management has withheld my check for over a year and I was completely disrespected and belittled by the current general manager I don't know why Pizza Hut continues to hire children to be their GMs especially if they can't act professional when people are coming to get their money that is owed to them I'm pretty sure Pizza Hut would just be better off if I filed a lawsuit against them for intentionally withholding my pay for over a year

I came in to order pizzas for my wife and I. First they took forever then they lost my coupons. As a dasher in Billings, pizza hut gives me coupons for free personal pizzas. The lack of desire to take them at first developed into a loss on my end. They refused to make my pizzas and stole my coupons. This place should be closed and burned. Everything out-pizzas the hut.

App gave them 15 minutes to make 1 pizza. App said pizza ready, store hadn’t even finished prepping it yet. Had to wait a long time for my order. Expect a wait from this mismanaged location.
called in after 10 to inform of group of 14 at 11 am no answer after 10am had to order on line. no way to leave a message.
came in at 11 we were told since we ordered on line they wouldn't wait on us but would hand us our pizzas. i informed we had tried to call several times she said we don't open til 10 , however it was after when I called several times.we set up tables our selves, we went back to order drinks waitress was rude. No one ever asked if we needed any refills, or checked on us for 2,hrs. you order on line you get rudeness and no service. Absolutely no appreciation or thank you for our $100 spent
. restaurants have lost their common sense . they are evidently happy if you never come back. restaurant was empty for the two hrs we were there. they told us we had to clean up for ourselves since we ordered on line.
we will never order from there again. no wonder PH's are closing.
