I never write reviews, with that said I felt like I needed to after the last few times I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut. They are never in time it seems and the food is trash. That’s saying something when the item in question is pizza! Don’t waste your time or money with this chain.

Never again. Once again this location could not deliver the pizza I ordered. Wrong ingredients. The pizza was warm at best. To top it all off, 30 minutes past the "estimated" time of delivery. This is the second time I have been hosed by the Boxelder location. It will take a significant effort to win me back as a customer. Would rather buy frozen pizza given a choice.

I have a child with a dairy allergy. We specifically order pizzas for her with no cheese, and 50% of the time the pizza is covered in cheese. Why do you have a “no cheese” option if you’re going to cover everything in cheese regardless. She is allergic, which means she then cannot eat anything we receive in our order. I wouldn’t be so irritated if this was the first time, or an isolated incident.

Every time we order they are either loosing our pizza, how that happens beats me, or they give us the wrong order. This place needs lots of work and change of management cause they obviously don’t care about their customers.

We placed an order for delivery and unfortunately we had to have them redone which leads us to this review...So everyone has those "Monday" days, right? Everyone has days where they make mistakes or things just don't go like they should? It's how we handle those mistakes that set us apart. A million thanks to the crew at Pizza Hut tonight. Starting with the guy who took my call. Those calls aren't easy. People don't call to tell you guys you're doing a great job and you've just made their night... No. They call to yell at you and tell you that you've just ruined dinner, the 3 year old is running down the hall screaming bloody murder with ketchup on her head and grandma had a stroke because... olives? Its all your fault!! Why oh why did you put olives on our pizzas?!... Yikes...The man who answered my call was cool and collected, got the relevant information (who was I, what did I order, what did I get, where did I live) apologized for the mistake, without sounding condescending, and said he would have fresh pizzas sent right out. One thing I very much appreciated from him was the use of the word "we". As in "what mistakes did we make when we were making your pizzas?" He never once blamed the cooks for making them wrong or anything like that. I feel like he is very much a team player and I respect that. Next, to the cooks, thank you! The remakes were perfection. They were actually the best pizzas we have ever had from any Pizza Hut. And last but not least, to John, our delivery driver, you are fantastic! I'm not sure how it works, but I'm sure doing a delivery for an order remake isn't fun. Especially one as far out as we are and for what I'm sure you thought was for nothing! (I was on the phone when you arrived. We will make it right, I promise!) I'm sure you knock on the door expecting a chilly reception, at the very least. You were so nice and even super funny and our food was hot and fresh. In closing, the crew that handled our complaint on the evening of 12/14/23 were rock stars and we appreciate them.

It was a take out order that I had done on line. I'm thinking maybe next time I phone it in so I know that they and I both understand the order. Otherwise it was still good even though it wasn't exactly what I ordered. If not for the extras I had put on, the jalapeño slices, and olives it would have been just a sausage pizza instead of the taco pizza I initially wanted..Parking: It was OK, it's just a take out shop exclusively, by the Flying J Station, it's a small parking lot and the drive up is a little tight and can be a little tricky getting in when traffic is congested..

Been waiting over 1 hour 35 minutes so far on a Tuesday night. Store won't answer when trying to connect to them and the call center can't even reach them. MY KIDS ARE HUNGRY and I can't even cancel to get a refund. This store is a JOKE! Avoid ordering here.Update: Took almost 2 hours to finally get the pizza. All I ordered was a pizza and breadsticks for my kids. I ended up cooking dinner for the kids, since I couldn't get refunded or reach the store. The driver said, I don't know about that, I just go in and get the pizza and go. Not the drivers fault though, she was understanding. Call Center said that they couldn't help and I would have to call corporate tomorrow for a refund, since they couldn't reach the store.

The need to listen better . I had two different orders and they mess up. Then I tried to call and they didn't answer. So I was upset .with that .they need a better person who understands me when I call.
