Second time trying this specific Pizza Hut, since I usually use the Boxelder one. I'm impressed!! The food was so much tastier, perfect golden crust, toppings were fresher. The people helping me out were really nice. The restaurant was clean, and typical Pizza Hut. I'll definitely be using this one from now on!

Employees in the store are great. I received a wrong order and the corporate wouldn't transfer me to the local store to fix it. It's sad how far customer service has fallen fallen at pizza hut.

I order from Pizza Hut pretty consistently. I enjoy the deals and the food, but I think this last time I ordered is going to be my last time ordering from them. I ordered through the app and already had issues with the app being laggy. Oh well, I thought. I placed my order and after a bit the delivery comes. I take it and set it out to eat for my wife and me. Well I notice something is missing. I ordered 2 sets of wings, breadsticks, an extra marinara, and alfredo. My alfredo was missing. I then tried to call the store to see if something could be done. After a minute I was hung up on, so I tried again. The same thing. The third time I called the other store in town cause I was hoping they might be able to do something. Nope. I got told I was SOL and to keep trying to call cause they have to answer eventually. I tried again, a minute and was hung up. A fourth time and I was redirected back to whoever directs the calls and redirected back. I was hung up on again. And I know they had to answer to at least hang the phone up cause it made the audio cue. It's been over an hour at this point, but I try again and get hung up on for the last time. I go to their website and talk to one of their help people. I was told that someone would be in contact with me about this because that's all the guy could do. It's now been a day and I've heard nothing. Take my experience as your warning. Don't order from the location on 2nd Street because if they mess it up (and they probably will cause it's not the first time something has been missing it's just mostly sauces) they won't answer their phone.

No forks to eat pasta, no greenpeppers on half my pizza. I understand what a rush it is but to pay 27 for food 5 for delivery 3 for tip come on guys you can do a little better. That's why I don't go to mcdonalds other than it's disgusting but I have to remake every sandwich I get.

Me and my family went to place and we have 2 small dogs that are service for autism. I go inside and sit and the owner refused to serve us since we had the dogs (they were covered in a stroller) she came up to us with a rude attitude and told us that we are not welcome and wouldn’t serve. Terrible establishment (to add onto that she wasn’t in uniform and looked like she had just gotten out of bed). I do not recommended going to this establishment horrible people and staff.

we came in and they immediately tried to kick us out saying our dogs were not service dogs and refused to attend us. the owners didn’t want us to be served and came up to us with attitude saying that our pets were not service dogs. mind you they are service dogs for AUTISM. what a disgrace this place. everyone was absolutely rude. the place was empty and it’s for a reason.

Disappoinment all around. They either don't pick up, have rude customer service over the phone, or keep your change when payment is upon delivery. Tips are earned, given willingly, shouldn't be taken. Do better, as for what I read in the reviews, change management and treat employees with the respect they deserve and customers won't get the bad end of the stick.

Embarassing. There were 15 of us and they didn't serve us because they didn't have any staff. We asked if we could order and then sit at the tables and were told no. Maybe it's time these chains started closing down if they treat customers like this.

I am a rather regular customer here and they are always timely! I haven't had bad food there in years. I wish I was able to recall the man I spoke with the last few times I went in. But he worked last thursday and last night if that narrows it down! Super friendly, helpful, kind and personable. Whatever that man is making, it isn't enough. Keep up the good work all.
