Ordered through App, only one pizza was correct on the order. Called to get corrected, received call center, then to the store, no answer, call center again for order, again said trying to correct order, sent to local store, phone again rings to no answer, hang up. Call back, repeat process with same results. Customer service today is an absolute shame!!! Time to bring back the old service so there is emotion with Customer service. Humanity is lost...

The young man who made my order was so friendly and very positive. Unfortunately, good customer service is hard to come by since COVID. This young man went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect on my order.Parking: Since I was eating after 1 pm, there was no one in the restaurant and the parking lot only had the delivery driver's vehicles.Kid-friendliness: Now Pizza Hut restaurants these days are not like they were when we were kids with video games, but I would imagine it is a kid-friendly environment.Wheelchair accessibility: I believe they have a ramp and the doorway has easy wide access
Im very upset with what happened with my order tonight I'm literally across the street they messed up my taco pizza I asked for no tomato and onions it came with that still on it I placed my order on line they would not fix it and bring me what I ordered because it was my points pizza I'm disabled I'm broke down here stuck paying for a motel and I spent 20$ ordering food that I hardly have money to spare for it but I'm stuck here til my car is fixed so I have to eat but now I'm ripped off by pizza hut because of their screw up just because it's my free pizza they say they don't have to fix it or make it right I'm so mad I earned those points by spending money there in the first place I can't believe they won't remake it and fix it I'm allergic to onion I can't eat it so now I'm out a free pizza I spent money to earn I will be contacting pizza hut corporate over this it's not right and the night manager was rude and sarcastic

Ordered a pizza and cookie..they said 30 minutes...I called them 45 minutes later and the lady denied the delivery time...nearly an hour later the driver called and said he came to my address ....except he didnt...52 dollars for a large pizza and cookie with a 10 dollar tip delivered less than 2 miles from the store...last time I bother them for anything...
Delivered by doordash. Pasta had no lid and was dumped sideways. The wings were just clumps of breading.

The employees were very nice always great to see! And the food was amazing but I'm a little obsessed with pizza hut lol gotta love there pizza. A nice place to stop with good food and nice people. Funny enough the bathroom had no urinal but still loved eating here. :)
