The Prime Rib Restaurant & Wine Cellar

Wife and I had ribeye and fillet mignon cooked medium with malbec - both were juicy and cooked perfectly. I’ve been to Michelin star steak houses and these steaks were no less, judging by other reviews, there may be some variability between their cut offerings and cooks.

Server was amazing! Atmosphere very nice. Had 3 different steaks all were dry and flavorless ordered med rare.

For all the hype... not impressive... had prime rib... cooked as ordered :)... no flavor, dry, not as tender as prime rib should be... used 2 dishes of au juice to add moisture and flavor.... host/hostess were awesome! Server was short on patience, if we weren't ready when she stopped by... she wasn't waiting for you... did not like questions about the food acted like we should know everything about the menu.
The atmosphere was very nice... welcoming... and pleasant.

You're paying for the setting. I had gotten the prime rib, which was lackluster and a bit dry. Our server was kind, polite, and patient, but not once were we offered a refill for water and it felt a bit rushed with the check. I did observe this same waitress bouncing from table to table with orders, so I'll give the benefit of the doubt and assume they were understaffed. All and all, though, it wasn't worth the money.

Great food & service. Prime Rib was almost $40, but was really good. There were plenty of other options. Beet salad was really good.

The filets were amazing! Everything was cooked to perfection! Are server was amazing and it was a first class experience!

Halibut with dill was delicious. I ordered a bottle of the reserve Chardonnay and I wish it would have been chilled, it was room temperature. Overall nice place.

Great local place for a business lunch. Selection was great. Especially loved the house salad dressing and artichoke dip. Prime rib sandwich was great too!

Requested a quiet spot for our anniversary dinner in our reservation we were seated next to kids who cried thru their whole meal I called to see if specific drinks were available before making reservation we were assured they were available - when we arrived and ordered they were not available The food was our only good experience at this visit Was a disappointing experience for $120 meal for our milestone

Celebrated Easter dinner with family. The buffet had a lot of variety, the food was hot and plentiful, and the service was efficient.

Food was good but server was not attentive and had too many tables. Tried hard but we had to get butter and iced tea ourselves

My friend bought the salmon plank. It was disgustingly ugly and you guys did nothing. So Burnt and dry.
