Came here while visiting Gillette. What an amazing dining experience, in the wine cellar. Our waitress, Alyssa, was amazing. The food was very good, and the wine list is impressive. Thank you again, for an amazing dining experience.

Absolutely NOTHING on the menu for dairy allergy. Steak is made with butter, everything made with some sort of milk product. I capsule have a salad... but I'm not a rabbit. Other LOVE it, so I might not be the best measure of this place.

This is hands down one of the best places to eat in Gillette. My favorite dish is their cajun, blackened Prime Rib. It's always served the way I order it and sometimes I like to add King Crab on the side and I love that they give you an option to have it pre cut so it's easy to eat and less messy. Their house dressing is my absolute favorite dressing ever! If you like vinagerettes/italian, I would definitely give it a try! The only reason they didn't get 5 stars across the board is because we've ordered 2 different fish dishes, one being their cajun salmon and the other being the Grilled Walleye and they were both dry or overcooked. My guess is they sat on their hot plate a little too long and would have been fine otherwise because with both instances, we were with large dinner parties. The service is always great, and they do a very good job accomadating large parties on top of having a full house every time we visit. They also have a great wine selection. It's a good place for a romantic night out or to host Holiday Parties.

Classic Gillette restaurant, established in 1983 and still bringing the 80’s vibe. I had the Chicken Italiano, it was delicious. The marinara sauce is one of the best I’ve had. Kelly at the bar did a terrific job, she was busy and still found time to keep my drink full and took care of my every need. If you’re in town be sure to have lunch or dinner at The Prime Rib Restaurant!

Have eaten here twice and the food has been phenomenal! I don't care for the salads but that's not really what anyone should go to a good steakhouse for lol.

They should change the name to garlic mashed potatoes. Those were okay but the prime rib was TERRIBLE. Do not go here for prime rib. Also do not order the wedge salad.
The Prime Rib is a staple of Gillette. Their food was good but not outstanding. Service was very good and noise level was loud. If you're looking for a place to eat in Gillette this is as good as it gets.

We had a quick snack and beverage here. Gumbo soup and escargot were our orders. While the gumbo was tasty, the snails fell short of my expectations. so I wouldn't purchase them once more. We also had desert, which was delicious. The location is pleasant, and the staff is professional and polite.

Not enough parking but the steaks are probably the best in town. Service was great and so was the atmosphere. Large selection of wines but the cocktails were only so so. Salad and baked potato wasn't the best compared to the steak.

My wife and I ordered the sirloin. I also added an order of scampi. First of all, the shrimp scampi was $13.99... for 3 regular sized shrimp! What a joke. My steak was alright, not worth the 2 extra dollars for blacked. My wife's steak was ill-cut. There were tendons running in several directions in the steak. The effort to cut edible portions of the stake took longer than needed resulting in a rare stake gone completely cold. Our waitress was fantastic, the perfect balance of anticipating our needs and allowing for privacy. This is my 3rd time dining at the Prime Rib - all three times were a disappointment.
