To go orders are never available and having to wait in line for over an hour to not even be able to get your food is absolutely trash. Management is terrible, staff is terrible and disrespectful and didn’t want to help us with a refund for the food we never got. Get new management and maybe we will be able to get food on time.

We hadn't been to Qdoba for some time and have always been happy with them, so in we went for a couple of bowls. Establishment was clean and the staff very friendly and great to deal with. I had a beef steak bowl with all the goodies. It was ok taste-wise, but wound up getting "Repeats" not long after I left (it was a three Tums night). Had not had this experience with Qdoba before. Also, the chips, which were generously given out, had salt applied to them very inconsistently. One would have a ton of salt on it, the next, none or very little. Had not experienced that at Qdoba before, either. I may try it again, but given the prices and what is available at other Mexican restaurants, I would proceed with caution.

Stopped by here for lunch on the way to Yellowstone. Service was quick, the portions were decent, and the taste was all right. They were out of a couple of things but it was around after lunchtime so I guess they had a rush at some point and ran out. The dining area and restroom was clean. They have outdoor seating as well but even though it was a nice day out we couldn't go outside because there was smoke (from what, we were not sure). There is ample parking, getting in and out is easy so it's good if you are just stopping on the way somewhere because of the location.

Passing through town, we looked for a quick simple lunch.I was not thrilled with this Qdoba location. The dining area was not clean. The dining area had stacks of boxes/restaurant supplies. No room to put in back?Restrooms were not very clean. Service was average. Food was Qdoba quality and satisfied our need for lunch. Might be a better takeout location.

Ordered chicken quesadilla with a cheese crunch on the outside of the tortilla. Chicken was very dry and overcooked, cheese was just melted, and when it was cut and stacked on top of each other, the sections stuck together. It was not appetizing and difficult to try to eat. Threw 3/4th of it in the garbage, price was pretty stiff for what I received, will not go back.

There was no line when I entered and I was helped immediately. My burrito was prepared correctly and the ingredients were all correctly seperate in their bins. The meat (I picked steak) was hot and tasted great. The restaurant could have used a bit of tidying as the floors had some food on them. Overall, this was the best QDOBA experience I have had.

I ordered a cheese crusted quesadilla and expected cheese on my quesadilla. I opened up my to go box and was very unimpressed with what I really got. It looks like there wasn’t even any cheese on top. I then noticed one of my sliced had no filling inside just a single piece of tomato. I’m very disappointed with this order. I always ordered here but now I’m not so sure I wanna waist my money on this. This meal was very disappointing.

This is one of the best qdobas I've been to and I've been to a few of them. If you've never had Qdoba breakfast, which no Qdoba in rapid City does, you better make sure and get an order in at this one because their breakfast burritos are absolutely amazing. The food and the service here are always absolutely fantastic top-notch quality. And you do get what you pay for even though it's actually not that expensive. It's a great value. You get a giant burrito that's packed full of real food, for like eight bucks. Most of the time, you can actually make two meals out of it lol

Food i ate was good. I really wanted guacamole on my bowl but they were out. Cream soda was unavailable in the machine and flavors were missing. When i went to find a table the place was a mess floors and tables were dirty and trash was overfilled.
