Waited 10 minutes to be seated and almost 40 minutes for our food. Waitress didn’t give us an update so we left. It didn’t seem busy, maybe they were short staffed. Even so, service could have been better. All waitresses were in the back.

Apparently their food truck didn't make it had half salad bar no potatoes besides baked no mushrooms no bacon then got regular old hamburger was cold and raw. Coleslaw was spoiled

If you order the NY Strip make sure you bring a chain saw. I'm a pretty strong woman and I could only cut about 1/3 of it. After I complained to the server the steak was inedible the manager came over and got VERY snarky and VERY loud.. After berating ME in public, she took off the steak. I would have have been happy for a smaller discount but a sincere apology. I'll never darken their doorway again. Bad steak and HORRIBLE manager customer service.

First time eating here and was very disappointed fry’s were mushy and my burger wasn’t made correctly it was missing the guacamole the main ingredient resulting in a dry tasteless burger will not waste money here again

The restaurant was not busy @2:30pm on a Sunday & We sat at our table for over 10 mins before our drink order was taken them waited another 10 mins for our drinks. It took an excessively long time for our food to arrive; the pasta was cold, the fish & shrimp was so salty it was almost inedible. The Philly cheese steak sandwich delicious. We would have liked to order dessert but did not want to wait another 40 mins. Our server was very pleasant but was not doing anything in a timely manner. 1 guest had to go to the bar & ask for his check after waiting too long.
