Ordered our food to pickup…so don’t know about service and atmosphere…but the food was terrible. Definitely not worth the $70+ dollars i spent. My New York steak was rare…almost raw…when i ordered medium rare. Ordered potato soup and broccoli soup for my sides. Definitely wasn’t worth it…and my daughter did as well with her burger. Broccoli soup was only halfway filled in both of our orders. Neither soup was that tasty…potato or broccoli. Shrimp appetizer was ok but have had much better. My daughter said her burger was ok. She also ordered the steak quesadillas and said it was dry…no quesadilla sauce on it. She said it was blah and that Taco Bell’s is better and cheaper.

Extremely disappointing experience from beginning to end.
We ordered a T-bone steak, sirloin steak and a New York strip steak, a chicken pasta dish, and a pork chop to go. It took nearly 45 minutes for the food to arrive, and all three steaks were tough and flavorless the T-bone didn’t even look like the correct cut of steak. The potatoes were just as pathetic with no seasoning and not enough toppings to justify the extra cost.
The service was just as bad when we asked about the long delay, her only response was, “I don’t know.” She never offered a single drink refill or checked in on our table at any point during the meal.
This visit was a letdown in every respect

Ordered from door dash. Ordered the deconstructed kabobs. Food was cold and the rice was one big block. I've had it a couple other times and it was good. Just very disappointed.

This restaurant is lucky there are not many options in the small town of gillette. Food is pretty mediocre and recently my husband placed an order to go over the phone and when he went to pick it up the order was wrong and the manager got brought over to fix it and she was super rude and treated my husband really poorly.

My wife and I went there for dinner, my wife's first time at a Ruby Tuesday!
The food was very good, with a great salad bar. I tried something I normally don't order at and restaurant, fish and it was cooked perfect. Our waitress and I wish I could remember her name she was young and was what a waitress should be, very helpful and on the ball with everything, so giving her a bigger tip than normal was easy.
We are glad we went there for dinner, I just hope the next time we go to another Ruby Tuesday it meets the standard this one day.

Very sad, there seems to be no pride taken when preparing and presenting ordered dishes. Ribs were cold, salad did not contain what the menue states and at $18 you would expect much more. It was more of a side salad than main dish. Wait staff was very good, it is the management that needs to step up and get their kitchen staff on par. Sorry, we travel alot and this establisment would not be recommended.

We came in to eat tonight. This is normally our favorite place to eat. We waited 20 minutes for a high top (we requested) even though there were 3 high tables empty, we were told it would be a 10 minute wait. After 15 minutes asked why we couldn't be seated with tables available, the hostess told us that we would have to wait for first come. So we waited. Once seated, Kayla, our waitress was friendly, helpful, and immediately took our drink and menu order. We then waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food. When we finally got our food the food was undercooked and/or raw in the center. Kayla had to take it back. I had asked for double zucchini instead of rice and originally didn't receive it. Kayla was trying everything to get our order correct. Once we received our meal again, the fish was cooked correctly and good as usual. The exception was my husbands steak pieces in the ramen bowl had evidently been nuked when we sent it back and it came out rubbery. At this point, he just accepted it. We were hungry. Kayla was an excellent waitress but the kitchen evidently needs help. To not check to make sure fish is cooked before sending it out is in my mind inexcusable. If you need help then either the managers need to work the missing shift peoples time or hire more help. We were discounted our meal for the problems. I hope the tip we left for Kayla was totally received by her.

If they would bus their tables so people didn't have to wait at the door I would have given them five stars. We waited at least 15 minutes to be seated. When we were taken to our table there were several empty tables but they hadn't been cleared. The tall tables were not cleared until we were almost ready to leave. The food is worth the wait, but don't plan on getting seated right away.

I used to love coming to Ruby Tuesday living in Gillette all my life I’ve always enjoyed my time here. But the last four times our whole experience has been ruined because of yelling in the back or at the bar. I know being a manager or boss of a restaurant can’t be easy but is it really necessary for the manager to scream and yell so the entire restaurant can’t hear it? If you don’t have respect for your employees how do u expect your employees to respect you? It was an awful dinner tonight I will never ever be back since management has changed.
