Spinach and artichoke dip was awful, steak was like leather, best part of meal was sadly the baked potato. Service was almost none existent

I tried to order the deconstructed steak kabob meal substituting potatoes for rice due to a food sensitivity, but I was told they couldn't allow substitutions. We're from Missouri, so I'm disappointed because they allow that in other locations, but it is what it is.
