It's ok. They had a really great selection of saki. They only serve 1 piece of nigiri per order so keep that in mind. The sushi was ok. The service (it was close to closing) could use some improvement. And the facility feels cheap and cheesy. But, it's Gillette, wy so .... keep your expectations low and you'll enjoy it.
Wheelchair accessibility: The interior of the building had wheelchair ramps if that matters to you

This restaurant is normally amazing but all of our fried rice tonight tasted unbearably like fish, my boyfriend even found a bone! I get holiday rush but $28 of food was wasted because the taste made us want to vomit.

Nice hibachi spot. Great service. If you have a wait cause they are busy, you can sit at the bar. When your table is ready, they will come and get you

It's the only sushi in Gillette Wy, not bad... prices higher than reno nevada but a completely different market so I give them a 3.. if thier service was good.. in house or togo... they would get a 3.5.. but when you mess it up both ways.. it's hard to give them more than they get! Be well, probably won't be back 3 chances 3 strikes... jeeez Gillette Wyoming has had so many poor dining experiences.. on to go food or dine in.... everyone's restaurants.. dine in is dirty! And .... well a pretty bad food scene in general... with higher costs... weird monopolized place.. Perkins on the other hand...has been .... consistent and edidble....

I was in your establishment today, I was driving from New York, so I'l tell you that even living in NY I have never encountered such disgusting service, we waited 30 minutes for them to bring us drinks and you know what, we never got them, and your manager or whoever he is, tall and wearing glasses, is the most incompetent food service employee l've ever met in my life, we asked him to move us to another table, at first he silently turned around and left when we asked him a question, then he came back silently showed us the table, went up to the table and nervously started moving chairs and tables, I asked him the question "are you okay?", he silently looked at me and left, I consider such behavior unacceptable for a person who works in the service industry, especially with people, carry out preventive work with him, and I hope that the next time I find myself in your establishment, I will see the results of the fact that you pay attention to reviews, and they weren't created for show.

The food is always good and the service has never been bad, but the place needs cleaned... you can tell it hasn't been deep cleaned in a while. The walls are dirty, the base boards are gross, and there was a funny smell last time I was in.

Surprised to find this Japanese restaurant in Wyoming. Walking from the hotel, the only choice for a decent restaurant but exceeded our expectations. The dressing on sashimi salad was delicate - hint of sesame oil in balsamic vinegar dressing.

We always get such great service from the whole staff I never see such teamwork and efficiency as I do from this restaurant. By miles our favorite restaurant in this town or any other. Absolute gem in gillette for sure.

Delicious food. The server or cook did mess up one part of the order, but it was resolved quickly. The food was fresh and served hot. I had a Bento dinner. Husband had tempura dinner. Large portions, enough ti have leftovers.

Rated at a 3.5 stars.
We wanted some "normal" food as opposed to the "road" fast food we have been sampling often during our road trip.
This restaurant was near our hotel and looked like a nice change. As we walked to the restaurant, we noticed it was attached to a hotel which was shut down and appeared to be going through total restoration. We began to get concerned as to what it may be like inside. We were pleasantly surprised that it was nice and unaffected by all that was going on around it.
The staff was very nice and we were seated right away. We came in for an early dinner (around 4:30pm) and it was pretty empty.
We ordered some gyoza for appetizer which was good.
For dinner, we each got hibachi. One steak with shrimp and the other steak with scallops.
Both were good portions but we both thought they needed a little more kick of flavoring. The yum yum sauce helped Kim's and I put the extra gyoza sauce on mine which worked very well.
Besides that everything was good. Having Sapporo beer on tap also was a plus.
If you try it out, ask for extra gyoza sauce!
