Very poor service, staff was loudly complaining about the manager having g called out sick. They were so angry about it that our food was just terrible. There were only a couple of people working and we were there at lunch rush so the two employees were slammed- but the loud complaining wasn't helping at all. They were more focused on complaining to each other than they were on buckling down and getting caught up.

Ordered the worst burger I've ever had. Ordered through door dash missed half the toppings I ordered and both the burgers were bone dry and burned. Will seriously have to think hard about ordering from here again.

We stopped here on our way back home from vacation. Nice deli with super friendly staff. It was really busy and they had 2 workers but they were busting their bottoms getting the orders out. My hubby had the Steakhouse Mo..which was really good. I had the Cobb Salad and it was big with fresh veggies. Loved it. Really recommend this cute deli!

There are a few good vegetarian sandwich/wrap options at the Smiling Moose Deli. Not too busy during the week. Portion size is medium. Recommend going with the sandwich over the wrap, even though the spinach wrap was great!
