My food was burnt stale hard n coffee was so bland too much creamer n cashier very rude no parking had to park on street .

Natalia made a Carmel frapp with extra Carmel the right way drizzle all over the side of the cup and a ton of Carmel in the bottom… she needs a raise because she understood the assignment will be back because of her!!!
Just passing through. Full blast AC in fall, was wondering why this beautiful location was empty inside. Busy drive through but they had a lot of staff.Waited a while for them to take my order. Staff was quite cold/going through the motions. Waited a while for the drinks.They gave me the regular coffee last and it didn’t have enough space for cream. I asked them to put some cream in and the girl just poured milk in and filled it to the top, said sorry and walked away. I wanted to ask for some help but they all had their back turned and were all far away. I tried walking to the garbage can depending on surface tension to keep the coffee in but it was filled to the brim so spilled a bunch. The coffee was lukewarm so it didn’t burn my hand.

Good place to stop for a break.BUT...Asked for warmed cookie... it was not.Asked for a cold milk chocolate, tight ice (and even say light ice, few ice cube). And look at the pic! More than half the glass of ice!
