They're always out of everything. This time, they were out of brewed coffee!! How does a coffee shop run out of brewed coffee?? That's like a McDonald's running out of burgers and fries!! Ridiculous!!

I come in there at 9:27. The girl is having a full on conversation with a customer after he’s already paid. I’m still standing in line waiting to get help and then when I do get help to take 17 minutes to get one iced macchiato and the place was not busy at all. There was one person ahead of me two people outside on the patio. The drive-through had a few people coming through but 17 to 20 minutes for one. Coffee is absolutely ridiculous and I’m not going to be going back. There’s too many other coffee shops in town that I can get the same product not only for less money, but definitely not a 20 minute transaction for a single coffee so I will not be coming back.

I'm not a big Starbucks fan, my girlfriend is, but the few times we have been here, the staff were awesome, the coffee was good, and the food isn't bad. Their food is prepackaged so they don't handle it except to heat it, so I'm not a fan, but I understand what I'm getting so I'm not disappointed with my choices there.

Someone invented mobile order for a reason. I shouldn't have to go in there past the time it says it will be ready, and still leave without my drink. Yeah sure I could make it at home, right , but isn't this is why we have these types of places, I choose to spend money here: It wasn't even near as busy as I have seen it before , and she had a line of stickers yet. People definitely need to start taking more pride in their jobs.

Kacey is the best. she is so sweet and so kind and when you go, she always asks how your day is doing. If you have any plans it’s nice to feel like a person when you get coffee and she always remembers you can come back and she’ll ask you. How was your trip if you told her last time you’re gonna take a trip she always tries to make sure that you feel like a valued customer. 10/10 favorite coffee place ever. She knows our order and that's just a great feeling. To be valued enough to be remembered. Highlight if my day to get coffee and see her smiling face at the window. I don't feel like just another number or order there. They truly care about their customers.
