“I called at 7am because i heard about how amazing the buffet was and was curious about when it was and what were the dishes served and i spoke with Nicole and she gave such wonderful customer service and from being in a customer service job myself was not expecting that so early but she was extremely knowledgeable about products and services a absolute pleasure to talk to and honestly made my and a coworkers day that was listening nearby. We need more people like Nicole in customer service fields. Nicole thank you so much you changed my day!“
