The Gentleman who served us (sorry I didn’t get his name)was very friendly. Did our order correctly . The sandwiches were delicious. We ordered a churro too but was not a favorite.

Every single time I order online (which they make you do to get the deals) my order is never ready at the pick up time. I showed up today 10-15 minutes after the pick up time and still had to stand and watch them make my 4 footlongs. Why push online ordering if I still have to stand in line and wait for my order!?

The girl working here today is very unpleasant. Everytime I come in there on my lunch and she's working I immediately feel like a bother. She walked up to take my order with an ear bud in/ didn't hear what I ordered. Slammed the glass down after finishing my order. Didn't say have a good day or anything even after I told her to have a good day. This is her way of service every time I've been waited on by her. Very unpleasant...

We do not live in Gillette WY we were visiting from out of state. We stopped at the Walmart there. Our two children were hungry so we got in line at Subway. After we got in line the young lady put a sign on the counter. My husband then walks up. She looks at us and told us she could not help us she was going on break while helping the people in front of us. She was rude and very unprofessional. And who just closes a store with people in line. She probably lost the company money. She was young. This was 8/15/21 at 1:45 pm she should mot be working at a subway.

Girl working was extremely rude, I stopped by for a sub sandwich at 6:45, once we arrived up front, instead of kindly taking our order the subway employee refused to serve us. I checked the time, it was 6:49, 11 minutes until closing. The sheer amount of laziness is astounding within this establishment. Will not be spending my money here ever again, instead I'll be visiting other subways around town who will take my order all the way up until closing, as they should.
