I can't say enough good things about this Subway! My husband and I were helped by Robert Dolton and Gabe, who truly live up to the title of "Sandwich Artists." They prepared our sandwiches with the utmost care and attention, ensuring everything was just right. On top of that, their politeness and excellent customer service skills made the experience even better.

By far, this is my favorite Subway in all of the United States—and it's right here in lil' ol' Wyoming! Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

Went in for a sub the other day around closing time one of the employees rose was very rude and did not have the best hygiene. I did see also a few other people walk out too. Loved this location too so sad that they would hire someone that doesn’t like their own work and takes it out on customers. All she was doing was complaining about her boss infront of customers

Ordered online, and when I got it, it was just bread and a little bit of chicken . No veggies, mostly bread. This has happened multiple times at this location. Also, the phone number does not connect you to an associate. 3rd time and will not be ordering from this location again. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, but obviously, online orders are not that important as in person.

My husband and I were staying at a local hotel for the night on 7/28 and walked to this Subway for dinner. There were 3 girls making sandwiches and 2 of them were having a loud argument…IN FRONT OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS! Very unprofessional and unladylike to be calling your coworker a “b” and also in front of children who were in the store. My husband and I walked out without ordering anything due to the scene those 2 were causing, it made customers feel caught in an awkward situation and fortunately for us, we hadn’t ordered yet so we got to leave. The store was very dirty and no one was wearing anything to keep their hair back, one of the 2 girls who was arguing had long bangs hanging down while she was making food…ewww.

Waste of time. I tried to order through the app which I already have to uninstall and reinstall if I want to be able to order. It let me put all my information in and then as it was processing decided to just pop up a screen that said the transaction was voided. I checked my account and the money was removed so now I can't even get dinner. Tried to get it peacefully resolved over the phone, but they don't even have a phone system. It just goes to the different websites you can either voice a complaint or order from. Then I tried to go in hoping that whoever the manager was would make it right because that is all the money I had to get food for the night. Nope. Got told tough luck basically. Which does absolutely nothing to help. So unhelpful staff, broken app, and when you do get to eat the food it's hit or miss with the veggies cause I swear they don't change them appropriately, absolutely a waste of time. Save yourself some headache and choose any resturant but Subway.

I only go to this particular location for the great customer service that I normally get. when today I walked in with my wife to get lunch/dinner, and the tomatoes were looking like they had sat overnight in the Coldwell and the side of the pan was pretty well with freezer burn and some of the tomatoes had it and some of the other tomatoes looked pretty pretty slimy and dried up so I had asked if I could get fresh tomatoes, your employee response with we don’t have any at 3 PM when the store does not close till seven or eight so I asked you not have any prepped and they said no so I just proceeded with My with my food instead of making a scene because you guys only have one worker in this place so I politely made the rest of my food without tomatoes. I figured this would be a perfect moment to give my review because of the fact of this being the time that I get bad service, because of not fresh produce when the slogan is eat, fresh, get fresh. so to me, this employee has failed my customer service and my customer satisfactory, and it looks poorly on your company To have a member not care or have the pride that they are supposed to.

I ordered online and it took at least a half an hour to get because of stupid door dash people, the other customers ordering in store had to wait because of door dash even though they were there first and the tow girls working were doing nothing but complaining about customers ordering online and being rude. Word of advice to the employees, shut your face and make the damn food.
