They left a new hire alone by herself, no management in premises whatsoever. The restaurant offered an item on the menu that was apparently discontinued. The new hire is apparently not able to give out refunds, so I’m currently sitting typing this while I wait on the manager to get his lazy butt over here to give me a refund on an item they falsely advertised.
It’s always something with this subway. If you order through the app might as well as go in because the food isn’t going to be ready. They’re always out of things like cookies, bread, etc. There’s been multiple times that I’ve gone an hour before they close to find out that they closed early. The place has gone down hill, just go to the one by Home Depot it’s a million times better.

The employees seemed to be not getting along. Neither greeted customers nor interacted beyond the "what do you want" with a very abrasive tone. The lettuce was brown, the tomatoes were pretty nasty, and the wheat bread was dry and hard. Basically, the food matched the two ladies' attitudes that were snapping at one another.....less than desirable. Doesn't even deserve a 1 star.

We walked in and went to order. The girl working didn't look at us, greet us, tell us it was going to be a while, she just kept working on the enormous call-in order. I finally asked her if it was going to be a while and all she did was hold up the enormous receipt of the call-in order. She absolutely wasn't going to take our order, the ones that made the effort to walk in. Her "helper" continued slicing meats. Terrible terrible customer service. If you can't address the customer and explain what is going on, or better yet HELP THEM, you don't belong in customer service. We didn't have time to wait, so we left. Subway needs a better policy for call-in orders. For crying out loud, help the customer in front of you first!

BEWARE***The employee working decided to give herself a $5.00 tip when charging my card thinking I would not notice. I have not been reimbursed.

Do not order through the online app. Or on a day children are working. The two teens were so lost and confused. They lacked problem solving skill and laughed the whole time. Online said my order would be ready by 1350. They didn't even start making my order until 1415. I would have walked out but already paid online. Also they were out of EVERYTHING. Ham, turkey, meatballs.I will avoid ordering or coming to this subway in the future.

Just placed an order threw Uber eats and did not receive a few items of my order, and to add to it on my sandwich I got a whopping 1 slice of meat on an Italian sub! Tf is this!??
Good food, They didn't have white sub rolls that's why I rated it a 4. The atmosphere was pretty good, good music, good vibe, nice workers, it was kind of small though but that isn't the restaurants fault ?♂️ Service was good! Overall I rate it a 4.
Vegetarian options: I'm vegetarian, I am currently driving back front there and it was pretty good! The veggie delite is the way to go!

Cannot pin point the smell but it is not fresh baked bread and fresh food. Lettuce was brown and gross I didn't want to even trust it, service was not welcomed or treated like I was wanted there. If I would have known this all before I ordered I would have left and went to Walmarts subway.

Did not like the attitude of one employee she kept staring at me while i was ordering and it made me very uncomfortable while the one at the cash register was very nice
Ordered from door dash and they forgot my chips & drink
Over this subway, 0/3 on correct orders this year. Random add ons and random subtractions from 3 different small orders on 3 different days.
