My food was not cooked correctly. I asked for no beans and guess what. I got beans. Mli also asked for fries fresh out the grease. They were cold. The cheese taco was burned and the donuts were cold too. Will not be back. I'm so upset ?

Great service and food. But Bills enthusiasm just made my day instantly better and it just got started. Trucker first time here and now I'm definitely going to try to stop at Gillette as much as I can to get taco John's.

One of the Managers is very, very unprofessional and their behavior caused good workers to leave. I will look at other food options as I never heard of such poor behavior and I have worked in food service seversl years.

So, you serve dry burgers, with no condiments on them, and now you won't put hot sauce on the tacos?Should we just go back and make the food ourselves too? Is that the next step?This is ridiculous.Potato oles are literally the only thing keeping me from going to Taco Bell, and I gave up on the Good times side ages ago.
