gave me wrong size when i asked for large and gave me wrong food in my order when i got it.

the fries were really soggy and cold. they taste like theyve been sitting there for awhile..... i couldnt even finish eating them. the hamberger was old also it was dry and burnt..... so was the chicken my husband had.. wont be back there for awhile
What a dump. So dirty! You'd think it would be hard to clean the place. Gross! Service and food is bad too. There was hair in my food! I wouldn't leave any stars!

On February 23, 2025 around 10pm. I order food at the Drive Thru. The lady taking my order was very polite and understanding and kept her emotions to herself although I could tell she was tired. The man working the kitchen however, was very unhappy and made sure that I knew. After I ordered my food, but before I was asked if there would be anything else or even given a total amount due. The Kitchen man, had stated very loudly and very annoyed "seriously? What are you people doing to me?!?"
Again the woman maintained proper composure gave me a total and I proceeded to the window. As I got there I gave her my payment. I, politely as possible asked her, to let the man know that, half of the customers for the Gillette location had just gotten into town from work due to a fire closing HWY 59 and most of us had been actively working for 12-16 hrs and we just made it home safely from the mines and oil field locations past wright, WY. So we were just as unhappy, but that the store is open until 11pm.
I understand his frustration, as I have worked fast food also. Other people, may not understand because they have only been in the mine or oil industries and they worker longer and harder.
However, I also know that you keep your emotions and impolite things away from the customers buying the food to support the paycheck given to you.

We waited nearly 20 minutes for a 4 for $4 meal. Once the food was ready, they practically threw the bag at us. There were no apologies for the wait or any communication other than "here you go". While waiting for our food I watched an employee walk around the lobby, pretending to work, and puffing on a vape the whole time. Extremely rude staff

I works leave 0 stars of possible. There is an incredible amount of employees working, yet the customers are not acknowledged, we waited for over 30 minutes for the simplest order, and no one seemed to know to work in the store. Incredibly poor service.
Terribly rude employees. Went to pick up an order and rang the bell once, the employees did not come to window. Waited a few minutes and rang the bell again. The male employee working there that evening came to the window and started yelling in my face because I rang the bell two times. He then proceeded to shut the window in my face and say “go ahead ring the bell again.” He then said that I need to wait, even though the order was ready. The female manager that works the evening then started shouting at me from the back saying they are short-staffed and I’m going to wait. Even though my order was ready. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful staff.

i just ordered my food at 4:00pm today an went in to get it an when i got there they completely got my order wrong i ordered 4kids meals 2 with bbq and 2 with ranch and i also order with them 4 cherry sprites and 3 jr pineapple under the sea frostys and 2 jr cheeseburgers and when i go there there was only 2 chicken nuggets and 2 fries and 2 regular sprites so i went up to the counter to let them know an got attitude when i showed them my order receipt that clearly stated what i got an how many items an how much the total was and they continued to argue saying that kids meals didnt show up as kids meals but biggies bags even tho i showed them my receipt i finally got the sprites but i had to make them myself and got the frostys but not the kids meals just biggie bags and when i said id complain they gaslighted me and said you just gotta be patient and said atleast they gave me the drinks and frostys and my kids were very upset to say the least

I’m usually not the one two complain but this is the worst service ive ever had in my life There’s not one person in that fast food place wearing gloves they dropped our hamburger on the floor and made us wait 20 more minutes for a new hamburger then they didn’t offer us anything for A 41 minute wait at Wendy’s and then the cashier Carson pushed my food at me and don’t get me started on the cleaning it looks like they haven’t cleaned in year’ and then they made my sons sandwich wrong my son said ketchup and mustard and they put the stuff that he said he didn’t want on it and the foods cold. DONT GO THERE

Dennik ??? Not to sure how to spell her name but she was very friendly and gave great service super funny and silly made the environment great to walk into with her huge smile on her face and full of energy !!! Thanks for making it a fun place to go out to eat !!!!
