We recently moved to the area and are checking out new places to eat. We stopped in at the chop house about 45 minutes before closing, and the place was nearly empty. The staff welcomed us (as opposed to some places that cringe when you come in late) and service was excellent. There was music playing at the perfect sound level- we could hear it but had no trouble talking over it. Each member of the staff was in a good mood and we could hear them singing to the music in a cute way as they worked. I always enjoy being somewhere that the staff are happy to be there. It says a lot about the establishment if all the employees are happy and cheerful. I had a petite filet with a salad and baked potato, and hubs had a half rack. He was very pleased to find that the ribs were indeed falling off the bone tender, which we've found is often not the case. My filet was perfect. It was so tender and prepared textbook medium rare as I ordered it. We enjoyed it so much I made Easter reservations for tonight and we are going back!

The front staff was amazing when we arrived and our waitress Sam was THE BEST ever. Super personality, very helpful on food and drink selections, and made for a FUN night with my kid. Food was great…too much to finish, actually! A very enjoyable experience and MUCH needed on a Friday night.

My mom & I went here for lunch, & enjoyed the food & atmosphere. I got the cheddar bacon burger w/fries, & really enjoyed the flavor, fresh veggies on it, & how deliciously seasoned the fries were. My mom ordered grilled shrimp w/a salad & enjoyed hers too. Food came out within 10 mins of us ordering. Will definetly be back again!

The service was ok but the food was sub par for The price and the expectations of food.I will never return to this establishment my French dip was soggy. My fries were swimming in fatty juices. A baseball steak was more of a flat iron steak the host opened the patio doors an blew dirt an dust all over are table.

How does a chop house run out of burgers? Unimpressed about the inability to serve food, several other burger places in town tonight were able to pull off the feat of having meat ordered and ready to serve. The others places were at a far better price as well. Used to be okay with paying for rib and chop but the last few experiences have been a downhill spiral at best.

Food was under cooked and not prepared to agreed upon specifications. Waitress kept forgetting things, on a slow night (not many customers). I'll never eat here again $97 for a chicken fried steak and a 15oz NY steak.

My husband and I wanted a nice dinner, we are from out of state and seen this place and it looked really good. First my salad was literally rotten, second my steak was rare I ordered medium rare, my potatoe was undercooked, barley any cheese on it. We ordered dessert, the brownie ice cream sundae. The brownie was not heated like it was suppose to be, it tastes like a cheap Walmart brownie. Finally our server was terrible, he got a bigger table about 10 ppl right across from us. Once they got there he totally forgot about us. Had no refills, had to wait to even order dessert, even though he walked right next to us 4 times with nothing to do. He refilled the other table drinks like 3 times In a 10 minutes period while we waited for ever just to get some water. Definitely not impressed, definitely will not be going back. The only thing that was absolutely fantastic was the non alcoholic drinks .mocktails they were very good.
