Got chicken tenders. We had to wait 6 minutes, so we hoped they would be fresh and good. They ended up being shriveled up and smelled like fish? Very confused. Would have asked for a refund but we bought with love's points. Also didn't want an exchange and to get anything else from here. They need to clean out their fryer or something. I don't think Carl's jr even sells fried fish. What's up with that?
When trucking, this is some people's only chance to eat a hot meal, sometimes all day. We don't get to go home and cook a meal like you can. We also pay more for food eating out as it is sometimes our only choice, and it costs more for us to rebuy food if you make it poorly. We cant just go to the drive thru like you can either. Please be considerate of this when making your food.

Major dissapointment!! As called false advertisement on the classic Ca double cheeseburger! The bun on the pic is different from the one they give you! Like I told the mgr you need to downsize that pic because that burger looks way better than the one you are serving! ? You go to in n out burger n you still get the same gd qulity burger. This lady looks like she used her own dressing instead of the restuarant's supply.

I always loved Carl’s Jr and there food, I went in about a week ago and the employees Tya and Lakia were the best! They were super friendly, they were fun and dancing and joking with me and very helpful with suggestions on what I should get, I ended up getting 1/3 guacamole and it was good!! I definitely recommend Carl’s Jr this was an upgrade for green river. I will come again just because how amazing I was treated by them two girls and how great the food was.

This location is attached to a gas station. The staff was ok, didn't care for how the lady kept yelling at the kitchen staff. The food was good as always. I know everyone has their own opinion of places, but to me, Carl's Jr. has always had good food.
