BEWARE — On our way home to Utah from hunting, we stopped at the new Love’s travel stop. The store itself was spotless, but the Carl’s Jr. inside was extremely dirty. We both ordered Famous Star burger meals, and the food didn’t taste right, but we were starving after not eating all day. Unfortunately, we both ended up with severe food poisoning afterward. This was a miserable experience, and I won’t be eating at Carl’s Jr. again.

If you walk out of Love's and into this place, you wonder if the cleaning person died or something. Had there been another restaurant option, I would have took it. The floor was absolutely filthy....had 4 workers, including the cashier. 3 of the 4 workers were gainfully employed, doling out orders, and one female worker seemed more interested in whomever was texting her. As she was putting onion rings and fries into the baskets and into the fryers, they(the employees) were all literally walking over dropped food. Now, in the time it took her to send and receive messages, the girl texting could have swept up the dirty food that's all over the backline and frontline floor for all to see. And the lobby wasn't much better. If I were the franchise owner, one thing I would make perfectly clear: if you wanna play with phones and be on the clock, go work for T-Mobile or Verizon or AT&T. Sum it up: I've been in Carl's Jr and Hardee's all over the nation, and it was by far the nastiest. Hopefully, I don't get sick. I'll update this post if I do. Thanks for reading.

Was in the mood for some chicken for a change, so decided to try the chicken sandwich for the first time. I got the bacon and Swiss one, and all i can really say is wow!! That thing caught me off guard, i was not expecting a fast food chicken sandwich that wasn't Popeye's back in 2019 to be that good!! It was DELICIOUS!!!

Service was bad I waited a long time to get my food but 2 stars because they did make amends but still forgot the burger and Atmosphere is a typical truck stop gas station Atmosphere food was delicious tho

Carlie likes to bs with people's time and orders. She was eating behind the counter and just ignoring people on line. Till someone called her on it. Waited almost 20 min for a double jalapeno burger and it was cold, sloppy and no jalapeno. Place was dirty and food all over the make table. Fries tasted like they where soaked on hot oil over and over. They don't wear gloves when making food. Tables in dining room where all dirty and they had no napkins,ketchup or ranch according to the white girl with tattoos taking orders. I was really upset with the customer service and food presentation. You're better off eating chips and rolled items from Love's. What a waste of time and money. Do better at hiring 10.19.25 4pm

Ordered a hamburger with no cheese, I got a burger with 2 patties and cheese nothing else no lettuce or tomato no mayo or ketchup. Better look before you leave to be sure your order is correct The place was dirty in the prep area with French fries and lettuce and debris on the floor. October 9, 2025

I ordered a double burger ONLY ketchup with NO cheese okay? and i specifically asked for no cheese. JUST A PLAIN BURGER WITH ONLY KETCHUP, MEAT, AND BUN and they couldn’t even do that. Mind you, this place wasn’t even busy at the time when we went . Please do better Carl’s jr.
