Don Pedro's is one of our favorite places for lunch or dinner. And get this, it's mainly because of the ribeye steak! Their Cheese Steak beats any ribeye around. The steak and shrimp dish is also the same steak. I like my steak pretty red, so I order rare because the plate is so hot when they bring it to the table that the steak is still being cooked.Another must is the Camarones Cabo-Blanco. A soup with shrimp (have them add scallops) and veggies in a cream sauce. Oh my, so good!The service is always friendly, the restaurant is clean, and since we live in Rock Springs, it's worth the drive.

If you get there around 745 pm they’re more worried about getting ready to leave. So I asked if they closed at 8 pm and they said they closed at 9pm. So I sat for 15 minutes and the only thing I got was chips and hot sauce no drink waiter or food. But for some reason the staff was living it up lol, and not caring for the guest.

The ribeye is always outstanding. In the past I ordered molcajete every time but this ribeye has dethroned it. The steak Sopresa is incredible as well. The service is always great! I'm half Hispanic so I love the Spanish music and the vibe! Well done Don P's!

We have eaten here quite often in the last year, and what was once ok Mexican food is now hit and miss, and we won't go back.Slow service. The wait staff varies between good and ok.I think they would benefit greatly by downsizing the menu and having fewer really good items, rather than way too many, not so good items.The taco meat was so salty that it was impossible to eat. We used to love the bean dip and chips, but now the chips are stale, and the bean dip is watery and bland.We've all tried many different dishes and haven't found anything we'd have again.

I feel like this restaurant has been ups and downs. Went back lately and it's back to my favorite place again. The food was hot and delicious! Love their complimentary chips and salsa and beans. I recommend Molcajete The Primo, Steak Sorpresa or Fajita they are amazing! Oh and in a hot day try Michilada drink. Yum!
