This was my son’s food. He exclaimed, “Dad, why does it look like that? It looks disgusting! Crazy! Just WOW!” I’ve decided to stop going to another fast food restaurant, but what difference does it make? One customer compared to millions won’t hurt them. That’s why they can get away with it. This is my opinion, and this is how I feel about it. Part of it is that the quality of fast food has just gone down the drain.

Every single time they mess up orders. They can never get anything right. This was supposed to be a sausage egg McMuffin. What's missing?
The buns were rock hard and the meat was dried out. We had the deluxe. Awful..i wont be going back for a while

These past couple months I have had my worst experiences at this store. Bun toasters been broken for a month now, which makes the burgers all soggy and gross after sitting out for a few minutes. Our burgers are simple. No mustard and no pickles. They can't even do that right most of the time. Keep getting burgers with no onions or it has pickles when we're allergic. Absolutely hating this location. Waste of money.
