Had a horrible experience. Got the wrong pizza with my order and called in only to get told I could drive to pick up a new one or there was nothing else that could be done. The manager offered a 2 $25 dollar voucher that was only good for 30 days at this location only. As a traveler I won't be around in the next 30 days, so there was nothing further they can do. Just an overall disappointing experience.

Food was good! The service was the worst I’ve ever had anywhere, Our server was rude she didn’t offer us drinks we had to get up and get our own plates waited for silverware.. had to get up multiple times to ask for stuff she never checked on us. I had to ask for the check. I worked as a server and bartender all my life and I have never been treated so shitty.

1/15/25 Just awful. Took forever to order due to terrible, thick accents... 45 minutes later I get a cold pizza with none of the promised dipping sauces for my wings. Seriously, just spit in a paper bag next time...

OK, well I think you need to DRUG TEST here Pizza Hut. because all these employees here are numb nuts. Especially the guy at the counter. Also, the manager, Devan (female) I ordered a salad with no onions told him I was allergic to it. He said no problem dude I got you. I'll make it. 25 minutes later, he brings me my order 2 pizza and salad with NO ONION.....I get back to the RV park because I'm traveling from Ohio and of course my salad is full of onions. I just drove 20 minutes back to the RV. I called them. They said they will give me a seven dollar credit for my next visit. Well, I'm not going to be back in this area so I had to drive back there and get a new salad. She said they could do nothing for me. I asked her if they charge for delivery she said yes I said well what am I getting paid for delivering a salad with onions and then bringing it back and then delivering it again made right. She said nothing!! Wow the worst Pizza Hut ever. I eat there all the time in OHIO.

I don't understand how no body can read I ordered 1 big new yorker with pep sausage onion and extra cheese. I got 1newyorker with extra cheese and another that was reg cz. I called them and phone rang in store 15min and then they hung up on me. Never eat or order from pizza hut again Ln green river
