Hard, uncomfortable mattress and pillows. The only good thing about this place was the 24 hr diner next door. Price was decent for what you're getting

This is a budget hotel.
It's extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable.
Becky at the front desk is an angel, and we were very pleased with our stay.
No, don't expect breakfast (although there is an awesome diner attached).
If you're in need of coffee, just ask the kind staff (or figure it out like an adult).
Thanks for a great and affordable place to stay!

Small rooms, no desks. Slow wi-fi.

Not open 24 hours although
High priced disappointment.
Didn't even have coffee. Folks were unwelcoming. Beds were like stacked cardboard boxes.

Had a great nights rest. My husband and I were traveling thru to see the Flaming Gorge. Becky the desk manager was very helpful and addressed any questions I had. Green River is a very beautiful area!

Very small rooms and not suitable for extended stay like they say. The WIFI is terribly slow, was unable to get any work done. The hard wired connection in my room did not work either. Would never stay here again.

Staying at this hotel, there are a few things that you need to look out for.
My family and I paid around $171 for a room, but the room did NOT hold a candle to the price.
For one, amenities like coffee and cups need to be ordered at the front desk, as they have been removed from standard rooms. Two, while the rooms' beds were made nicely, the rest of the room kind of makes you feel like you're in a slums of sorts... Three, the bathtub doesn't work right; the drain always drains the water, no matter if you have the switch flipped up or down, and the shower head doesn't work. My family and I had to resort to placing a small, plastic cup over the drain stop, in hopes of there being enough water to actually take a bath...
On top of all of this, the location is rather shady, especially at night.
What's good though, is that the front desk attendant was very nice and polite.
I would say giving this hotel a 2 star seems a little bit forgiving.

Poor room conditions even worse customer serviceThe lady at the front desk was beyond rude to my wife and I when we showed her the pictures of our filthy room 220The lady at the front desk atappx 7pm July 19 2023told my wife (when I was calling the GM) she would be escorted off the property if she doesn’t stop complaining. The room was not cleaned, despite what the front desk lady says. It was a filthy, disheveled mess.I would not recommend this hotel. It was a mistake going to it.

A lower tier 2 star type hotel. The check in desk had a sign that coffee makers and cups had been removed from the rooms by corporate policy for their tier, they could be requested which we did. No breakfast offered.

Cancelled my reservation but charged me anyway. I've reached out to management several times for refund but no return calls. As a hotel manager myself, I would not do this to a guest!
Had a couple questionable bites... not accusing. Rooms were fair beds were hard.Walkability: Had a penny's diner in front. The service was friendly and the food was fair at best.

The room was nice and affordable, no coffee maker as advertised which is unfortunate. But the beds are too stiff, I could hardly sleep and spent the entire night tossing and turning. The floor would’ve worked better for me that the sheet of plywood they used as a mattress, the real gem is the diner that’s open 24/7 in the same complex. It’s the hidden gem of the area.Rooms: Nice rooms, roomy showers, but the beds are like sleeping on concrete and I advise against it.Noteworthy details: The diner is what really matters is the area, check out Penny’s diner!

Two Rude ole Bitties… NO THANKS!Walked in and saw two women at the front desk, I waved my hand to say hello and neither one of them even looked up at me. I stood there for about 30 seconds just staring at them both ignoring me like I wasn’t there. After another minute just standing there, watching this rude, visibly unhappy lady staring at her phone. She finally speaks into her phone. Something about a problem in a room that she can’t fix, then says “well we’re gonna have to put ‘em in another room”… then literally drops the phone on the counter, gives a big sigh… then without looking at me, says “LAST NAME”?I turned around and walked out. Sorry you unfriendly bittie, I’ll gladly take my business somewhere else. I wouldn’t stay there if you paid me. The other one never looked up…I’ll never understand or accept RUDENESS. Lady, do us all a favor… go find another job where interaction with other humans is limited if not avoided.
