We were told to sit anywhere. Apparently we sat at a table that hadn't been cleaned. The waitress made sure to let us know!!! Another waitress came to take our drink order and then we waited another 10 min no drink then left. Very unprofessional.

There were some positives and negatives about Lisa’s restaurant. We arrived late (~8:20pm) and they were able to accommodate us which was great. We ordered the salmon Diane, a chicken with garlic pasta and a peppered steak. The dishes were delivered with a smile and the soup and side salad were nice. Unfortunately the salmon was so overcooked I couldn’t eat more than a few mouthfulls as it was so dry. The accompanying sauce was also quite salty. My son’s fries that came with the steak were so overcooked and dry he couldn’t eat them. The chicken was very nice. When the waitress collected the meals which had the uneaten salmon and fries, I offered some polite feedback about the uneaten food hoping that she would pass it to the chef and he would take it on board. The bill came out and the full price of all the uneaten food was included. Most restaurants I have experienced typically apologise for serving food that is not up to scratch and do not charge for it. We didn’t receive any comment and were charged in full for everything. Given the lack of consideration for our feedback I felt it necessary to not leave a tip although the waitress was good and it was not her fault the food was so overcooked. The chef and manager should take polite feedback and respond accordingly. Fully charging patrons for food that was sent back doesn’t result in return business or positive reviews.

We had an amazing dining experience at Lisa's. The food was outstanding and the portions were very plentiful. Our waitress was top-notch - kind, friendly, and attentive - and she went above and beyond to make our evening enjoyable in every way. We highly recommend Lisa's!!

Great food! Great service! We discovered Lisa’s last year when we stayed in Greybull and made sure to come back this year, twice now for dinner. Between us we’ve had 3 different pork dishes and 1 chicken dish this year. All were excellent! Our waitress, Desiree, couldn’t have been better. Great atmosphere with a great variety of food and drinks to accommodate all. This is some of the best food we’ve had. And they have “Speed Goat” beer!
