I ordered the strawberry tart and it was absolutely delightful! The flavor was fresh and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, just right. We were a group of four, and the tart was the perfect size to split into generous portions for everyone.

Simply the BEST chocolate of every kind over anyplace we have ever gone. Located in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, you MUST visit Atelier Ortega AND their sister shop COCO LOVE across from the Wort Hotel!! Oscar Ortega is a WORLD CLASS CHOCOLATIER! He is the real deal. OH, AND THER CHOCOLATE BARS ARE THE BOMB.
