Food was greasy, and everything was spicy. I wanted the old 50's atmosphere. It was only in the lobby. The food was more Mexican American than classic American. Would not recommend 😕 😐 😒.

Great burgers, definitely delicious I’d say I bit pricey for fast food restaurant - 1 burger and 1 cheesesteak for 52$(with the tip) but generally good experience.

My husband and I both got Billy's burger. The patty tasted great but wish the bun could be toasted or served warmer. Fries are not soggy which was great but a bit salty. Overall, not bad.

Staying at the RV park attached to the Virginian and wandered into the bar to have a drink and something to eat. Billy’s Burgers is in the hotel so we placed our order at the bar. I got the pulled pork po boy and my husband got the cheesesteak. Both sandwiches were absolutely delicious! I was skeptical of the po boy because it had red onion, tomato, lettuce and pickles and I didn’t think those things would compliment the pulled pork but oh boy was I wrong. The flavors of everything meshed so well and the fresh crunch of the bread made it a really memorable sandwich. My husband really enjoyed his cheesesteak (coming from a Philadelphian that says a lot). The meat was flavorful and plentiful. Definitely worth a trip.

Im a long time local and this food is crap. I’ve had it three times and it’s never gotten better. The fries were over cooked and the burger was only decent (and way overpriced). If you want a burger, go to Liberty Burger. It’s cheaper and way tastier. Or literally any other burger joint in town. This is the wordy one. This doesn’t deserve the “Billy’s Burgers” name.

The $3 side of fries here is a huge pile of waffle fries!! Really great, and can eat outside.
A Gem in Jackson!
I had the pleasure of dining at Billy's Burgers, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience!. The burgers are truly exceptional, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning. I opted for the classic Billy Burger, and it did not disappoint - the patty was juicy, flavorful, and very generously sized. The option to customize your cheese is a great touch, especially for those with different preferences.
The waffle fries and poutine fries were also so delicious, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. A must try is the house-smoked brisket! Yes, Billy’s Chef uses a huge smoker to give that exquisite taste to the brisket and the wings, which makes food so mouth watering.
The restaurant offers healthy food and ingredients, Gluten free options and also vegetarian options, like the delicious house made Falafel pita! In general, food in Billy’s tastes so fresh and will not disappoint you.
You can choose from different salads and shareable appetizers, desserts like Soft Ice cream and flavorful Shakes!! 🥤🍔🥗
The staff at Billy's Burgers are friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. They have an indoor dining room and a outdoor seating area that is a lovely spot with nice views and sunsets, to enjoy your meal, along with a Sloshie or a beer from next door “Midtown liquor store”.
If you visit Jackson you definitely should visit this place!

Love that Billy’s came back. I’ll always miss the town square location but I come to the new one every time I come to town. The prices are extremely high, I miss the days of a $5 Billy’s burger.

Spicy for adults & kids!
We ate lunch here and the meats were delicious! The sauces were very spicy.
If you don't like it hot, get it w/o sauce.
A bit spendy for the food/what you get.

the old Billys in Town Square was a staple of my childhood summer trips to Jackson/Grand Teton.
while I was *delighted* to see it return (the neon sign inside almost brought a tear to my eye) nearly $30 for a burger, fries, and soda plus tip is just WAY too overpriced. I realize the $5 Billys is never coming back, but there's no need for it to be that expensive.
my advice to management: simplify the menu back to the basics of burgers, fries, shakes, and sodas to cut down on your overhead. then you can offer your amazing food at a reasonable price.

Clean place inside the hotel, plenty of inside dining and some outside with tables with umbrellas. The burger was good but not exceptional, but the ranch dressing was very different so stick with the house dressing.
