My wife and I had a fantastic dinner at Bin22. The tables are communal which is always fun. The food and service were both excellent. We tried 4 tapas and had a couple beers after a long day of hiking and wildlife sightseeing. They don't take reservations, but the food was so fast I'm sure they turn tables quickly. Definitely a place to check out when in Jackson.
Hands down best place to eat! The food here is flavor rich, original, emotionally charging phenomenal! We ordered (short description terms for the dishes) the cauliflower salad, prosciutto and honey flat bread, the pork belly and potato, finished with their strawberry shortcake cheesecake.. personally this is the level of sophistication and refinement I am always looking for and I will always come back here!
