Bubba's Bar-B-Que Restaurant

Used to a great place my group of 5 were all disapointed. Texas toast was so dry beans were warm they said they forgot to stir the pot. Meats chicken, pulled pork and brisket all just not good. Very sad to post this review. I hope others have a better experence.

Went over on Monday Dec 15 after skiing got there at 430 , there was no one seating people . The only couple waiting ahead of me said they had been there 10 min and not been acknowledged . I went to the bar and sat down . Got ignored for another 5 min . Saw they had taken out the draft beer . Got up and left for a different bbq place down the road . The couple was still waiting and left with me . Ever since Blue collar rest group bought bubbas it’s been in a steady decline.

Over priced wannabe Texas bbq spot not worth it go somewhere else. If you have to ask for whips, or bbq sauce you know I ts fake bbq joint.

I enjoyed the brisket sandwich and BBQ beans today. The brisket was good, but it was definitely better with some sauce added. Portion size was appropriate. Prices were on the high side, but on par with comparable food elsewhere in Jackson. It was kind of noisy and hard to converse, mostly due to a group with lots of young children.

Went to Bubba's 25 years ago. Asked a friend, yes, still here. We ate there instead of the square and was good. Not disappointed.
You get lots of food!

The waitress couldn't remember anything, the salad was terrible, the over fried string fries were as hard as dried out twigs and the prices are over the top.

When I think of Wyoming food I think of this. The service was fast. Food was in large portions and so homemade you missed your mommas house, especially their biscuits. And the check came fast so it was a great experience. Our waiter was very kind.
