I enjoyed the brisket sandwich and BBQ beans today. The brisket was good, but it was definitely better with some sauce added. Portion size was appropriate. Prices were on the high side, but on par with comparable food elsewhere in Jackson. It was kind of noisy and hard to converse, mostly due to a group with lots of young children.
When I think of Wyoming food I think of this. The service was fast. Food was in large portions and so homemade you missed your mommas house, especially their biscuits. And the check came fast so it was a great experience. Our waiter was very kind.
We had the brisket and pulled pork plate and it was delicious. Everyone in our group of 8 had a great meal. We tried all 3 of their pies and thought they were very good. They had buttermilk, buttermilk chocolate and pecan pies. Service was fast and the staff was helpful and friendly.
