Buffalo Bills Food Truck and Catering

Michael and his team at Buffalo Bills catered my wedding for 35 guests and it was absolutely fantastic, all around! The food was plentiful, fresh and delicious! Nachos, Chicken, Elk Salad, Fish Tacos, Philly Tacos, Chicken Sandwiches and Burgers! His wait staff were so kind and attentive to everyone’s needs and made sure plates were never empty. Our guests have been going on and on about how it was the best wedding food they have ever had! I can not recommend them enough. Thank you for everything! We can’t wait to come back to Jackson to eat more of amazing food!

Quick filling loved the philly

As the events manager at Moose Creek Ranch, I have experienced many a caterer and know a good one when I see one. Buffalo Bill's is FANTASTIC. Not only is their food delicious but they are incredibly kind & hardworking people. HIGHLY recommend!

Michael and his team catered our wedding and it was a 10/10 decision to hire Buffalo Bills. Michael was very accommodating, responsive, and proactive in helping us serve perfect meal to our guests. The menu was served family style and consisted of fresh, locally and ethically sourced meat and a range of really tasty sides. We got so many compliments on the food! We are so happy we found this hidden gem and would absolutely recommend Michael (and all of Buffalo Bills) to anyone in need of a caterer.

We were looking for a bite to eat on our way out of the Bridger Wilderness after backpacking for several days. This place seemed perfect (bonus points for being outdoors so we didn’t bother anyone with our wilderness stank). We sat outside in the sunshine and had some of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. If you’re looking for a quick & filling bite to eat, Buffalo Bills is your place. 👍

best food ever I recommend the salad so fresh best dressing light and refreshing. its on the dinner menu for tonight. my husband has tried many things and never been dissatisfied. stop by early for best meat choices. give it a 12 outta 10

Best patty melt I've had in ages. The elk tacos were amazing. Please do yourself a favor and stop by here for a quick and amazing bite to eat.
