I highly recommend Buffalo Bills— We used them for our wedding in Jackson and were beyond pleased! SO much food, endless compliments from guest and great service, we opted for servers to go around offering food to guests pretty much all reception. Did not have a single food item that we did not like; so many options!! The owner was a pleasure to work with, very organized but also very calm and go with the flow which was a perfect fit for us and our wedding. I am SO happy we decided to use them and forever thankful for them making our wedding day even more perfect. Thank you Michael and team!

Had the Philly Tacos and the Classic Cheddar Burger and it was... biblical. Not a fancy place (hey, it's a good truck) but it has some of the best damn food you'll eat in a parking lot. Great value. You won't leave hungry. Already thinking about what I'll order next!

Great food truck at a fantastic location. Stopped by on a Thursday evening and enjoyed the Philly tacos and chicken queso sandwich. Both highly recommended! Big portions and fast service. Fun people and great food; a must stop.

Food quality is top notch from Carter Country meats! Real beef from real farmers! The owner Michael was super nice and his staff was great. 10/10 will be back. And so should you.

The food was so good that it left me craving more for days. Service was excellent and the food came out super fast. There’s a nice place to sit outside with views of the river. I saw 2 bald eagles while eating my meal! I also love that they have plenty of vegetarian options. Can’t wait to eat there again.

I can’t say enough good things about Wyo Buffalo Bills. The food is outstanding, and the staff is charming, thoughtful, helpful, and professional. They take pride in sourcing their products locally, and it shows in every bite. The elk, buffalo, and especially the beef are absolutely spectacular. Try the burgers, tacos and the salad. You won’t be disappointed. This is a twice a week kind of spot. Apparently they cater large parties too!

Buffalo Bills catered my sister’s wedding and it truly was the BEST wedding food I’ve ever had!!! The Philly cheese steak was my personal favorite but all the food we got to sample was amazing. I highly recommend their food. I can’t wait to visit them again.

Nachos, Chicken, Elk Salad, Fish Tacos, Philly Tacos, Chicken Sandwiches and Burgers! His wait staff were so kind and attentive to everyone’s needs and made sure plates were never empty. Our guests have been going on and on about how it was the best wedding food they have ever had! I can not recommend them enough. Thank you for everything! We can’t wait to come back to Jackson to eat more of amazing food!

Catered my daughter’s wedding reception. By far the best food at a wedding reception I have ever had. Everything was delicious but the elk tacos were on another level.
Mike, the owner, as well as the rest of the staff made sure everyone was taken care of and no one left hungry.
Would highly recommend whether it be a catered event or just a stop by the food truck.
