Worst americano coffee and hot chocolate I have ever ordered
The gelato was old and not good. I’m sure everything else is good. Go somewhere else for gelato/ice cream
Yummy gelato, a beautiful shop and most importantly, Ayse was very friendly and accommodating.
The chocolates are of very high quality with a good selection of interesting flavors. Great coffee as well.
The Napoleon cake is crispy with perfectly balanced flavors and it’s not greasy at all. The sweetness and tartness are just right, making it very appetizing! The gelato isn’t overly sweet, but the flavor is excellent: smooth and creamy, made fresh daily with a rich milky aroma. I highly recommend the espresso and pistachio flavors!
Words don't describe how much of a let down it was to walk in 20 min before close, right after a big group of people was walking out and being told she couldn't make me an espresso because she already closed her machine. If it was like 5-10 minutes I would be less upset but 20 minutes is a bit ridiculous to close down before you're even closed.
Exceptional! If you enjoy a sweet treat this place is a MUST!
The affagodo was amazing. Great service
Gelato was delicious and service was excellent! I'm surprised by the number of 1-star reviews. We didn't get any of the chocolates or pastries but they looked delicious.
Walked in for a treat, lady didn't even acknowledge me. Waited a few minutes, and left. Hope you're sales are good

Love the vibe in here! The Classic Napoleon is the best I’ve had in a very long time. The coffee and hot chocolate were the best we’ve had in Jackson. The service was fast and friendly. Our daughter also loved the strawberry sorbet. We’ll be coming back!
As someone else who mentioned someone else mentioning, quality and tastes are probably 6/10 and looks are 10. The cakes can be stale and Ingredients aren’t highest quality. I actually got diarrhea from of the strawberry mousse cakes and I have a really strong stomach. The cake bits topping it as decoration was like eating dry super old foam. I’ve tried 6 different desserts so far.
I do like the place but not so much that for the price and quality I’ve given up coming even though i live very close to coco love. I think it’s worth trying once. I still have yet to try a cheesecake so maybe I’ll go one more time for that.
Honestly prices are not horrible. In SF I pay $14-16 NOT including tax and tip for similar sized and appearance desserts. However the quality and taste there warrant the egregious pricing and I would gladly pay it again.
Weekday worker is not nice or friendly but the girl working on weekends is really nice.
Stopped by to get a chocolate piece for everyone. Delicious and rich, perfect after lunch/dinner sweet treat.
We only had the little pretty chocolates & truffles and those were great. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Walked here from downtown by the elk antlers.
I think it was the espresso cheesecake that my family and I got and shared! It was some of the best cheesecake I’ve ever had! 10/10 recommend!
Just like previous reviews say, they look better than they taste. For the price I expected them to atleast be fresh. When I asked the employee when they were made she said in the morning.. total lie they tasted like fridge.
