Wow! Truly beautiful and delicious desserts! I was very impressed, and the espresso cheesecake was especially noteworthy. It was nice to have good coffee to balance out the treats, and the gelato is excellent too!
After eating a lot of mediocre desserts throughout Jackson, CocoLove blew me away. I can't believe I lived here for years before visiting this shop. It is now a regular stop for me. If you're looking for show-stopping desserts for a special occasion, this would also be amazing for that.

This is a great place to stop in for a quick treat. I’ve had the chocolate croissant, Mexican hot chocolate, and the strawberry tarte. It was all even better than I expected and very reasonably priced. There isn’t a ton of seating, but it’s never been busy when I’ve stopped by.

Aesthetically pleasing and yummy pastries and chocolates. The pastries were perfect. Not too sweet with quality ingredients. The almond croissant was flaky and delicious.
A must visit place in Jackson. Excellent baked goods & cakes. Almond croissant was damn good, very flakey. Raspberry chocolate cake & Mexican chocolate cake were exceptional. Presentation is brilliant. It’s worth every penny spent. Coffee is very good. Staff is amazing, very friendly & helpful. Loved this place. A gem. Great experience.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. We came in before close, and they were so nice! I got the coconut gelato and a strawberry and coconut entremet with a pistachio macaron. 10/10 recommend everything! I don’t even really like coconut, and I tried to go back every night for more of that gelato. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make it back since they close at 7pm. If I find myself back in town, I will one hundred percent make it a point to stop in.

High-end chocolate shop with beautiful desserts. I was surprised and disappointed in the almond biscotti. All of the obvious care put into everything and the biscotti was bland. I've tasted better off of a grocery store shelf. Threw half away. Huge miss.

Thank you staff of CocoLove for ruining what was a nice evening on vacation. We just finished a delicious meal at Thai Plate and wanted to pick up something sweet to take to our hotel. We walked in and were treated as if we should not be there. I picked up that vibe, my husband did not. I picked a small chocolate carmel dessert TOGO but was firmly told they were closing in 5 minutes. We were not planning on eating there. Totally unnecessary to emphasize closing and if staff rushed to close, close your damn door first.Work on customer service and perhaps other visitors would be willing to shell out over 10 bucks for a 3 bite dessert.

It was so cute!! Super peaceful coffee shop and a great place to come in out of the cold. I got the matcha latte and it was amazing! The drinks even come out at the perfect temperature. Got macaroons as well and they were amazing, haven’t had one that good in a long time! Loved it here.

I’m sure the staff and owner are very nice but the prices are way too high for the product. $5 for a single over baked chocolate chip cookie and $10 for another single dessert item.Too much emphasis on presentation which they assume should bring a higher price. I’d pass !
