Had one of the best experiences I've had in a restaurant in a very long time. From the moment I walked it was very welcoming. From Izzy at the bar to Andrea my server. Food was excellent, wine list superb. Best restaurant in Jackson in my humble opinion.

I’m not sure if we came on an off night or what. Menu not the same as on the website so just be aware. We ordered 2 appetizers and one entree. The spring onion appetizer was a complete fail. All one stringy onion, had to request steak knives to separate/cut in somewhat shareable portions. This in my opinion is not appropriate for an appetizer. The leek appetizer came on one slice of burnt bread. Again not easily shared, the leeks would not cut well. The flavor was actually really nice but overall an underwhelming dish.We split the Soba noodles. Nice generous portion and we loved the little pickle slices. Super, super salty so just be aware. For this to be casual fine dining the food (at least what we ordered) was ok, not great. Our server was phoning it in. Maybe she was having an off night. Nice enough but not engaging or even the least bit interested.I do like the space, the atmosphere was nice and we did really enjoy our cocktails. Over all we were disappointed and underwhelmed given all the high reviews.
Perfect!

fine dining in a beautiful, cozy setting. Perfect for a date night or to celebrate an occasion. The menu is small and the food is fresh and incredibly well prepared. I wanted to soba but unfortunately they were out, so instead, we tried the steak and the trout and they were both phenomenal. I don't really like fish and even I enjoyed the trout. The servers are fun and very knowledgeable about food and wine, and the interior is absolutely beautiful.

We had a wonderful experience at Coelette last week. We've been to Jackson many times, and have eaten at all of the best restaurants, and Coelette rises above the rest. The menu was inventive, the service was outstanding, and the decor and atmosphere were warm and elevated. I highly recommend a stop if you're looking for the best meal in Jackson.

Really great place. Drinks are solid. Food is excellent. Get the noodles and the trout! Pate is also delicious.

My only negative comment is that they are too heavy handed with the salt. Otherwise good service good ambience. Just cut the salt by 50% and you’ll be golden. Also $23 for an old fashioned is a bit high.

Without exception the best food that we had on our trip to Jackson. Service was exceptional and the ambiance was very cozy. We ordered the sweet potatoes, apple gratin, wagyu, fiorentini, and apple crisp for dessert. Coupled with two cocktails and three glasses of wine our total was $212.16.

Details are vitally important for a quality dining experience. Coelette demonstrates a mastery of them from the historical premises to the service and the menu.
Vegetarian options: Many different vegetarian plates, including sweet potatoes, parsnips, beets, squash, and leeks.
Dietary restrictions: A good chef always accommodates dietary restrictions, which starts by the waitstaff asking if there are any.
Wheelchair accessibility: Single level, plenty of room to maneuver, and accessible tables.

Mediocrity at best. By no means is this place a “fine dining” establishment.Despite it being a Friday night, service was cold and unattentive.Just like a disappointing first date, Coelette attempts to impress with its facade of contemporary decoration, however after five minutes you slowly realize what a sham this place is.It seems like the executive chef is a fan of Marco Pierre White from the 1990s. You will find watercress on every plate for no apparent reason.Appetizers:Terrine: Good.Carrots: Undercooked and spicy for no reason.Bread & Butter: Best dish of the night. Sad!Drinks: Good. We had the wolf pup and old fashionMain course:Black rice: TERRIBLE. Acidic and mushrooms were RAW.Lamb: at least the pasta was homemade. Nonna makes it 1000x better.Overall: come here after you tried Snake River Grill and run out of all other options.

Food, drinks, and service were one of the top meals I've had around the world. Our group enjoyed the knowledge shared by the staff, pacing of the meal, and atmosphere. Would highly recommend Coelette's for anyone looking for an amazing dining experience while in Jackson.

My family's experience at Coelette was excellent...both food and service. We dined at Coelette during our visit to Jackson with a reservation on Sunday July 23 and everything was great.Appetizers included Bread & Butter, Butterhead Salad, and Carrots. The Carrots were a positive surprise. All appetizers were excellent.Entrees included Sturgeon and Steak. All in agreement - entrees were delicious. Hats off to the chef!Dessert - tried the Pistachio Cake. Again - excellent dessert.Drinks included sparkling wine and a specialty cocktail...all were good.Service...impeccable. Servers were attentive but not intrusive. Management checked with us a couple of times during our dinner.

This lovely hidden spot was a delight! We probably were not the nicest dressed in the house (we had spent the entire day at Yellowstone) but were treated like royalty. As with many spots in Jackson, the wait staff are a special part of making the meal wonderful and Coelette was no exception. Our waitress had a great suggestion for a special appetizer to split and she had the bar make up a special mocktail for me. Food was outstanding, I wish we had room for dessert because they all looked amazing. The decor here is really fun and eclectic.
