The espresso was extremely burnt. Not good coffee at all. Vibe is chill though. Don't go here if you actually want good coffee

Long wait. The food and coffee are pretty good. Cute place and love the vibes. Just wish my coffee and food was a little better.
We came in to have coffee and get some work done. The Wi-Fi did not work for either of us, which is not a major issue by itself. However, when I asked the server about it, her response felt dismissive. She said she doesn’t control the Wi-Fi and that it works for her.
I also ordered the Wild Tribe drink, which was overly sweet and tasted mostly like sugar water. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

Cute cafe, cute designs on their cups and everything. However, the latte was quite bitter, I'm assuming the espresso shot was probably a little too oxidized. I ordered mine with two different syrups in it, so it should not have been super bitter. I heard this place was one of the more popular places in Jackson Hole, so figured I'd try it. Not the worst, not the best. Somewhere in between depending on the day.

What a cool coffee space! Love the branding, and variety of drink and food options. Got the huckleberry mudpot latte and it tasted good plus it wasn't too sweet. We weren't hungry so didn't quite get any food to try. Glad we got a table and was able to order immediately! ☕

This place feels like no soul. WiFi not working, no locals discount, signs everywhere to make everything automated. Don’t stand around, don’t ask questions. $2 drip refill? Get real. Lovely workers however.

Shopping local is important to me, so a great holiday gift is shipping coffee to my loved ones year-round! That way when I arrive for a visit, I never miss a Cowboy Coffee morning…

Good coffee
Disappointing. Hot chocolate is more like steamed milk, they don't actually put espresso in dirty chai. Lattes are lackluster.

I take a lengthy drive to go directly to Cowboy Coffee Co. My first visit was amazing. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The Black Eye coffee was perfect. I decided to go again on Sunday afternoon, and the girl was not friendly or welcoming. What struck me was she looked me right in the eye, and for 2 seconds, she looked angry at me for disturbing her. Then a manager walked by, and she immediately put on a cheerful face and asked how I was. Maybe she was having a bad day. I'm still on the fence about going again. But I loved the coffee!

Don't come here to warm up in the winter. They have cold air blowing out their vents. Their breakfast burrito was sitting on a hot plate for hours and crusty as heck at the base. Pretty bad, only the staff was good about this place.
